In my area, most companies charge around $15/bin with a $30 minimum. You have to do some serious volume to make money with bin cleaning alone, but it’s an easy upsell if you’re already at a property for another reason (pressure washing, window cleaning, etc.).

Again, a good review here Tristan. Some thoughts on what you shared- I used a couple of DIY/homeowner surface cleaners when I was just getting started and trying to figure it all out. About 3+ years ago, I upgraded my pressure washer to the Simpson 4200psi/4gpm model and purchased two different cheaper surface cleaners on Amazon (all returned), eventually purchasing the GP Hammerhead after reading a lot of reviews. I've done a LOT of driveways with it and it has held up well, however, about a month ago I had to replace the nozzle spray tube. That's not an uncommon issue with heavy use and cleaners going through it. I played with various nozzles and eventually settled in with the 25020's for the best results. When you made this vid apparently you were unaware the GP has a wheelset available for the Hammerhead. $88 bucks. I've used it both ways. I like the wheeled version best. By the time you buy the Hammerhead and the wheelset, you're looking at $500 bucks all-in. The compares competitively with other popular models like the BE Whirl-A-Way, when you add wheels to it. However, it doesn't compare as well when you compare it to say the MEKOH 20" surface cleaner that comes in right around $210 bucks wheels included. And that unit is identical to the ROTO-EZE PRO, which sells for about $75 bucks more. So dollar-for-dollar, MEKOH's 20" surface cleaner is probably a better choice for the budget. Worth mentioning here too is the Whisper Wassh Classic 19". It is by comparison considerably more expensive coming in w/o wheels at $900-1,000.00 bucks. What makes it worth mentioning is that is "Made in USA" and it's built like a tank, especially with their patented swivel bearing design. Additionally, a replacement spray bar is readily available as well as the top-notch bearing assembly and is superior to most of the Made in China stuff and that includes Whirl-A-Way and Hammerhead models and of course, MEKOH. So if you're a 'buy American guy/gal get the Whisper-Wash Classic 19" and you'll be very pleased with your investment and likely never have a complaint. And if you have an issue, their CS is reportedly top-shelf, very responsive to customers. I have subsequently upgraded to PSI's 'Bandit' belt driven' 5.5 GPM machine. This thing is a BEAST! For a surface cleaner, I haven't finalized that one yet but I am going to 24". I just need to do a little more evaluating and dig a little deeper. Unfortunately, there aren't any truly full-service suppliers near me in North Carolina, where I could take a 'test drive'. :-> Best of success to all in 2025!

I did a $1400 concrete and wood wash, and gutter clean. big patio w/ a concrete block wall, and a huge staircase down to a local lake, all while really sick. I got scammed into a maintenance contract one time. They literally came in and just sprayed insecticide around my house for $120 a month. Wasn’t til I didn’t go to work one day I realize how little work they actually did and paid them $200 to fk off forever. Never again
