In most of these videos they use After Effects, but we like apple motion better 😅

Thank you for this beginner tutorial. I recently bought Apple Motion but have not dived into it yet. This tutorial video gives me a better understanding of how Motion works. I can see it is extremely powerful with so many options to learn but this is a good start so I can start to play around with it. I'd love to see a tutorial and/or explanation of each of the types of Motion projects you can create on the opening project screen. Also how to best decide which one to start with and if there is any downside if you pick the wrong one to begin with. I think I saw you can change the project type later but I don't know if that causes any issues.

Very nice and ENJOYABLE video to watch! :) Question though: Can you please explain why you chose a Title project instead of a Motion project?? I understand the benefits of publishing options and being able to change it in FCP.... but since this is a channel intro graphic... it stands to reason that you might not need to change it very often... and even if you did, you could go back into Motion and open the Motion project to accomplish this and export a video. I was just thinking... not everything needs to be re-usable and customizable (from inside of FCP). I'm curious if there are ever scenarios where you use Motion Project. :)

how to precomp cameras in motion 5, i try to move into group with other layer but other layer on another group follow effected. how can i pre comp the cameras with layers just in one group only and not be effected to another group layers like on adobe after effect? please help me
Can the Motion animations be imported to DaVinci Resolve?
Not as anything other than video files, but if you're using Resolve anyway, it's a good idea to just sit down and learn Fusion
