    Watching your video, it convinced me to finally purchase Motion. Not that I understood everything you did in that hour video; however, I feel that I could go back later, when I'm ready, to recreate parameters in Motion to be used in FCP. Because your step by step explanations are easy enough to follow, [by pausing and replaying sections] I feel confident I could recreate them. In fact, I completed the Magic Motion "Adjustment Layer" and "Object Remover". Pretty cool. Thank you.

    Wow this has been incredibly useful and also.... somehow satisfying / entertaining? I was looking forward to watching bits and pieces the last several days while having breakfast. :) Just finished it... and I LOVE the way you made this video. All the little tips... the pacing... everything is just perfect. Now I'm tempted to buy some of your courses.... HMMMMM...

    • @JasonParkerMagic
      @JasonParkerMagic 2 года назад

      Only thing I'm a little confused with... looking at all the courses you have... I'm unclear on how they might overlap. Or which ones are the most important. It seems that to buy them all would be very expensive. I see you have that $200 bundle... nice to buy in bulk and save money overall.... but then I'm confused about which other ones are important... and if I would be paying twice for the same information? Are they all really distinct?

    • @markspencer3104

    Hi Mark , thanking about purchasing your video tutorials . When you said you can animate 3-D models…. Is it possible to animate the propeller on that spitfire that you showed ? I tried to do it in blender, but was unsuccessful.

    • @rippleguys
      @rippleguys  Год назад

      3D files formats can be a bit wanky depending on how the 3D model is structured. If you are using blender, often it's better to export a GLTF embeded file, then open in Reality Converter and export USDZ from there. The other option is to animate just the propeller in Motion as each element would be imported as separate USDZ objects that you reassemble in Motion. All of this and more is covered in this deep dive tutorial - www.rippletraining.com/products/motion/using-3d-objects-in-motion/

    RE: 22:40 - Would right-clicking next to 'Published Parameters' give you a drop-down to set a keyframe in all of the parameters at once?
    I don't know about this case, but I often use that technique when keyframing where the camera points when editing 360º video because I get all parameters keyframed in a single click. Thanks, Mark. I'm experienced in Motion but still picking up some things I didn't know.
