    One can tell that you have put a lot of effort into this, well-balanced between being entertaining and informative. I hope you can afford to pay the little green nerd for his next appearance.
    Now, if the SP 8 had a front port instead of a back port, it would be an interesting product to consider. I still would like to hear it one fine day.

    Good show, thank you. It seems all those MoFi speakers represent excellent value for money. I'm not the one to bitch about pricing, regardless if I can afford something or not, but it makes one wonder why one would want to spend much more for a stand mounter unless one wants glitzier finish or wants to avoid the 'not made in the West' sticker and this comes from someone who owns a pair of stand mounts which cost at least 50% more.

    Would these compete with the Tannoy SGM 10 ? I have a home demo with the tannoys in a few days, but these mofi are half the price so I’m wondering if the a worth considering. I use the lyngdorf 3400 for the demo

    You are one of my favorite reviewers…. I hope you read this…. Do you think the little Lyngdorf all in one amp would be able to run these MoFi?

    • @user-xt8yx4tz8x
      @user-xt8yx4tz8x 19 дней назад

      Hypothetically with that tdai1120 , you could high pass the MoFi and properly blend end subs so it would only need to push power at 80hz and above or 60. I really am interested in your thought. I’m not a super loud listener, I’m 52, loud to me I can still talk to my wife in the same room

    • @stjernholmreviews
      @stjernholmreviews  13 дней назад

      @user-xt8yx4tz8x with that in mind, you would have PLENTY of power with the 1120, AND you would also be able to push it hard to reach deep on the MOFI speakers using a voicing on the 1120. I don't think you would need a sub to be honest.
      IF your need changes, you got the perfect setup with a 1120 to add up to two subs and integrate them perfectly. I did play around with the MOFIs and the new Buchardt SUB10 sub. Check it out here: ruclips.net/video/MHqbdeY3XRU/видео.html

    You are right when you say that the speakers matter the most. The cables and all the accessories that make you spend a lot of money are snake oil. Cables of a maximum of 300 euros are very good, but speakers under 10,000 are not what an audiophile is looking for, or you make your own with expensive components for around 5,000 euros! That's how I think you will get rid of a lot of unpleasantness when you listen to music. You have the most money at the beginning, which you have to spend only on speakers!!!!
