This honestly made me cry as a kid
Is anybody going to talk about how fast the transfer happened on the Wii side lol
It is because a lot of the data was on the SD card already. On the Wii U side, all of the data had to be moved out.
I guess they have created this sequence because they knew that the loading times of the two consoles are long so they compensated it by an actual scenery of the things happening in the background
Damn I hope Windows had something like that
Imagine having this on the Switch, but the Wii U área is old and dusty because there's no one using it, then they arrive to the Switch and everything is beautiful and new
Anne Noir everything is broken because the Switch dies for no reason

Oh hey the m and m fan guy
I wish I knew about this when I first got my Wii U. I not only would have been able to transfer my Wii data to my Wii U, but I would have also been able to watch this amazing animation too.
The worst part about this this animation is that I'll never get to see it again. I remember me and my brother being amazed to see them carry our data and eshop games like World of Goo and that aquarium one over to the new system. I kind of wish I was smart enough to have recorded it, but I was like 14 and didn't even consider it at the time.
