There seems to be some type of movement amongst some people on here who claim that Jesus is not God. I've challenged 2 of them to tell me what church or group they are affiliated with, but they won't answer me. My Bible says they are preaching another gospel and God's curse is upon them.
I'm only a P.I. but we also say something similar to being a "know it all". I was taught to never "assume" anything during an investigation. The more you assume the more you get tunnel vision and biased which can lead the investigation astray. Love your work man! Helped me a ton when I was first starting out as a Christian and continues to help me today 👍
You are absolutely right. A bias against the supernatural is really the only thing stopping people from accepting Christ the way they accept Caesar, evolution or dinosaurs (etc) as fact. And why do we have a bias against the supernatural? Because we've been indoctrinated to believe these things are "crazy", as if the very fact that we are conscious isn't "crazy" in and of itself. Here's the problem with saying Jesus is God. In the OT, God says 4 times that I'm not a man, I'm not a liar and I don't change my mind. When I hear someone say Jesus is God, I fear they're calling God a liar and you're treading on idolatry.
The problem I have with the trinity is it destroys jesus victory over sin and it destroys his relationship to mankind. If jesus is Very God of very God and is Co-eternal and Co extistant as a trinity. How can he be related to us?
