Even if City clear those charges, it will never be a story that will sell, they will say something like they have money so they bought that verdict or anything negative because that is what will sell because the majority of the people want to hear city go down.

When Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan bailed out Barclays Bank in 2008 with about £3.5 billion during the financial crisis, no one in UK said a word. Barclays would have collapsed or the British government would have coughed the funds to bailout Barclays. They are jealous of him that his investment in football is working, so they used words like "nations state." So the investment in Barclays was not a "nation state" money? Hypocrites!!

Look at the change in tone and behaviour of Simon today. Yesterday, he was like a spoiled child sat in the corner, offering nothing more than snide little remarks as Stefan was schooling him in the intricacies of all of this. He had nothing to offer other than “I was in a court once as well”. His day in court is nearly as famous as Dave Whelens broken leg. Today, when he is sat with two people with the combined IQ of a fridge freezer, he is back on the offensive again. “I think this…blah blah blah”. I guarantee that whatever happens at this tribunal, Simon thinks will not be an argument of either side.

Everton broke sustainability rules, therefore any positive effects are a bit of a smokescreen when compared to what would happen if the club was wound up because it went bust. That's why these rules were brought in, to PROTECT the clubs and the economies they're intertwined with. But a guard dog is no good if it doesnt show its teeth when it has to...
Nobody in their right mind should be wanting their club to spend recklessly and maybe enjoy a small bit of success on the pitch, but then collapse a few years later...LOOK AT LEEDS!!

Liverpool hasn't been sanctioned for breaking FFP. In 2015, they were cleared by Uefa. After having lost £50 million, Uefa were satisfied that it was spent on infrastructure. Therefore, they were cleared. So I have no clue what Simon is on about here.
As for City, its doing them more harm than good, not on the pitch but in reputational damage, with other teams getting punished and them not. I appreciate that it's a far more complex case and requires more time as well. But this is mainly due to their obfuscation. With regards to them being found guilty or not, the premier league may have a lower threshold of evidence to prove someone is guilty, so i dont believe its a foregone conclusion that they'll get off. However, I do think it's likely
Yes, Man City has spent millions in and around the city, but so have other clubs.
