United would literally be on their 6th manager trying to pigeonhole Rashford into the side and building the team around him. No need for me to add anything about Ten Haag. It's all been said. What I would say is that no back 6 and keeper would have a hope when the 4 other "players expected to help defend" are Rashford, Fernandes, Zirkzee, and Garnacho. None of them have the required bottle to make a tackle. None of them make even much effort to get in the "way" of an opponent. Although you could argue that United would have been better off if Fernandes had not tried to get in the way. But even that effort was so sneaky (even allowing for his slip) that I have no sympathy for his sending off. And for the first goal, don't look at Van de Ven, watch Dalot tracking Johnson. He gives up. It's too much effort for him. But here's the tragedy, while we're knocking United, we're missing the Ange innovations.
