It's easy to jump that high when you don't have the weight of a soul bringing you down.
XxKreativeGamerxX Haha Love it :)
I'm glad you understand the joke
+XxKreativeGamerxX Is there some deeper meaning to this joke that I am missing?
A while back there was an internet meme stating that ginger haired people had no souls Maggie Mellone

No problem. I'm glad i could help :)
Appreciate you saying that and thank you for your support :) Try and jump up and stay on axis. If you tilt back or forward or push off with too much energy from one foot it will be difficult to land in balance, Hope that helps and good luck :)

I have been doing Taekwondo for just over 8 years and tricking for just over 4 :) I appreciate you saying that. Thank you :)
I do Karate and your videos are so perfect for me, I saw one of them (maybe one year ago) and trained hard with all of them. It helped me so much. THANK YOU
I appreciate you saying that. Thank you :) Most of them but you pick up different things from other styles, sports and experiences. Hope that helps and good luck with your training :)
Thank you :) It is something that has built up over time and I mainly do plyometrics :)

Yes, i have done in the past even though I rarely play basketball :)
Thank you :) I'm glad you found it helpful. That's great and no it's not too late. Just find an open gymnastics class and get started. Good luck :)

I appreciate you saying that and there's no need to be jealous, just keep working hard and challenge yourself. That's the true challenge :) No problem and thank you for your appreciation my friend :)
They work for any sport as the drills increase explosiveness in the legs.So for Basketball, your verticle jump will improve by doing these drills. Hope that helps and good luck :)
I think you are on about the pop 360 or pop 540 roundhouse. It's on my list of tutorials to do. Appreciate your support. Thank you :)
A sense of awareness going backwards and how to exert your body going in that direction :)
Thank you for your advice and I will in the future :) That is a good way to make sure you are jumping up and then going back yes :)
That's great! Good luck with it :)
I should have watched this tutorial at first and then the others lol
I appreciate you saying that. Thank you :)
That one leg squat made me feel nothing but pain just seeing you get that low xD
lol
That's great. I'm happy that you feel that way :) Good luck :)
That's great! Keep up the hard work :) I'm 24. Martial arts for nealy 9 years and tricking just over 4 years. Yes there is, your body needs to rest and recover at points and if you keep working through instead, you increase your risks of getting injured. I literally have no diet, I eat anything but am educating myself more on this subject lately :) Very rarely now as I do a lot of plyometrics when I trick so I get a workout from that. I appreciate you saying that. Thank you and good luck :)
I will get around to it. There's a few tutorials i have to do before that one though.
That's a good idea :)
That's great. Keep me updated with your progression :)
Thank you and no problem :) Will do one in the future :) That's good. Id focus on side leg raises keeping toes forwards, outward and inward crescents too for good range of hip motion. I would do them all 10 times on each leg :)
Can you make a tutorial on how to back hand string? I can backflip but cant backhandspring...hope you make one^_^love your video
It's just practice. Thank you and good luck with your training :)
Try and strengthen your muscle around your joints to help improve your jump and to take the impact more instead of your joints. Hope that helps and good luck :)
I have made a few stretching tutorials on my channel that will help with your goal. You can find them under my 'Stretching Tutorials' playlist so check them out and good luck :)
I have made a couple of them already. They are on my channel under the playlist 'Flip & Tricking Tutorials' :) And I will be making more in the future :)
Wow. You're leg strength and control is amazing! Great tutorial and advice. Much Appreciated xo
I appreciate you saying that. Thank you :) It's not about who's better, it's about challenging yourself as that is the true competition :)
It's safer with shoes so keep them on :)
Thank you :) That's great and you don't have to do all of them. Mix it up to make your own routine. Good luck :)
Really appreciate you saying that. Thank you :)
That's great. I hope it works out well for you :)
Well that's understandable. Good luck with your goal :)
No problem :) That's great. Keep up the hard work :)
Yet another brilliant training video from the Trickster. Thanks for posting!
I ve been doing your exercises for two weeks now and i just got my round off tuck today. Thanks for the tips man!
I train tricking on loads of surfaces so i don't really know what the ones in gyms are but in my gym they are 40mm puzzle mats. Hope that helps :)
Thank you and i'm glad they work for you :) Mine click sometimes too but i don't get any pain so i don't think it's a problem at the moment. We must remember that nothing in life is free, everything we do is wear and tear on our body. I just like to abuse it while i can lol
That's great! Well done and no problem :)
Thank you, these trainings are very helpful!
Really appreciate that. Thank you :) Glad it has helped and well done. Next challenge is to land on the actual kicking leg first if you want to give it a go that is :)
Thank you :) I'm a 2nd degree :)
It's Plyometrics and helps improve your jump so it will help with anything that involves jumping :)
It's a split kick, the advance version with a twist kick and side kick. I have a tutorial on it in my kicking tutorial playlist if you're interested in learning it :) Good luck with your training :)
Yea, my knees clicking a little lol
I will do in the future :)
Appreciate you saying that and thank you for your appreciation my friend :)
Your kicking ability is really good and the jumping tutorial is great, I have no idea if they teach that in the class, last time I did a class they didn't.
No problem and I will do my best to :)
I'm really enjoying watching your videos. When i get back into teaching gymnastics again I will use your drills. Xxxxx
poppinginfo@u I'm glad you do and cool :)
Dude your videos are awesome. Please don't ever stop. Everything you do is so helpful for aspiring stuntmen! Thank you so much for putting in the effort to help others
I appreciate you saying that and I'm glad you feel that way. Good luck :)
It will help improve your jump which gives you more height but technique also comes into play to use your jumping ability efficiently :)
Keep doing this vids! They're really helpful! Thank you :)
Genuinely helpful and applies to free running and can help with so many other sports. Thanks dude!
+Parkour Group I'm glad you think so and no problem :)
No problem. I started when i was 15. I trained every other day and practiced everything all round. I focused a lot on my weaknesses and made them my strengths. I was really bad at static stretching but had a knack for dynamic moves. Must be the twitch fibers. I'm sure he will do great if he works hard. Good luck with his training :)
Thank you :)
I needed this. A lot.
Thank you very much Aaron, you are awesome, as usual!!
