Just a few minutes after Episode 05 or this video was uploaded, I uploaded First Stage Act 04 but it got removed, I will either have to stop the process of First Stage for a while or upload Episodes 1-3 (If possible) or just move to Second Stage for now (Only if it is also possible). Many episodes were available but the 4th Episode of First Stage could not be uploaded but my channel is still safe.

If you are confused on how it works, when the tires hook into it he can corner faster than the tires allow. There is a second way to use them but I won’t spoil it

You mean 4th Stage? Right there, bro.
If you're referring to 5th Stage and Final Stage, I'm guessing the original IP holder (Kadokawa, I think) had them taken down. I know for a fact that Crunchyroll never licensed them; they inherited Stages 1-4 from Funimation when the two companies were merged (Funimation licensed the first four stages back in 2010; I know because I own all of those releases on DVD and I was at their industry panel at Anime Central that year where it was announced), and they never showed any interest in licensing 5th Stage and Final Stage.
As for the Legend films, those were licensed by Sentai Filmworks, NOT Crunchyroll. Talk to them.
