    This 25 minute video uses the TRX Suspension Trainer to both strengthen and sculpt your body, all while burning fat and calories. Certain exercises will use only one strap for more advanced moves, but will show you a two strap version first. Options for all fitness levels.

    Dearest Amy, all the way from Argentina i'd been doing your trx videos for like an year and a half now, I'm always destroyed when I finish the workouts, they changed my body and if someday you disappear from youtube I'm gonna have a huge identity crisis. Don't let it happen, please

    So many new moves for me using one strap and definitely a challenge! I couldn't believe the difference in how the same moves I've done before were so much harder with just one strap. I need to come back to this one just to see if I improve! 😘

      A tip: watch movies on flixzone. I've been using it for watching all kinds of movies during the lockdown.

    FABULOUS workout, Amy!! I'm telling you--You and my (homemade) TRX straps have changed my life! The one arm moves are very challenging and I'm taking them slowly--feel totally weak working just one arm! But LOVE the one strap moves down on the mat!     Hello. I have started doing this workout and I like it a lot. My question is should i train everyday? I also like the 30 minute trx workout video but I haven't tried it yet. Do you think it is better than this workout. I believe I belong to the intermediate level training.

    Love your videos, I've done every TRX video and train 4 times a week to your workouts. I would love a 25 or 30 minute TRX pilates workout if you are open to suggestions :)

    Love the challenge and short intervals. I didn't trust one arm hold on the one leg squats. Maybe someday.
