Our family loves papayas. I am usually the one who gets the honours of cutting them! However, I thought I would share something with you. I find its easier to remove the skin with a vegetable peeler while the fruit is whole. Then, take the naked fruit -careful, its very slippery!- and cut it in half, then de seed it and further cut into cubes or slices, or however you like them. Thanks for your video.

    • @FushigiMigi

I wondered about the peeler technique. Thanks for sharing

    • @cyncoach5532

It would seem like this approach would make the papaya more slippery to deal with especially with a knife.

Then I went to a local Wholesale Produce Market and bought 1 - 30 pound box with 8 Papaya for $0.75 per pound but you have to buy the entire box as is so you cannot pick the best.
