I bought a 1997 cheval express with 75" x 11' box. I can haul tools camping supplies and tow 38' commercial fishing boat with 2.5 fish totes or flake ice totes. It is steel body going to spray interior with food grade epoxy. Then install portable freezer panel insulation . allows me to also tow travel trailer and 14' dump trailer. All equipment is Mobil.
The Pepsi truck used to stop at our house when I was a kid. No kidding. We would leave cases of empty bottles out on the sidewalk. He would replace with full bottles
Thank you for attending this event. I am currently looking at options for a new sUAS (drone) response vehicle. We typically operate with the F250-350 series trucks in our department and the Cargo Slide Wall Slide looks very interesting. Along with the unit that created trays in a Crew Cab backseat.

Shiny Shiny. I was a Flatbed T/T operator for 10 years. My flatbed was equipped with a roll open cover. The weak part of that system is the tracks the cover rolls in. While it works well, any damage to the tracks can down the system.
Kristy i have a beautiful 71 ford ranger for your father, restored from Texas. Tim i didn't know for made a truck let alone a work truck lol. the only reason i let you get away with the ridge line cause chuck Norris says there tough lol yes im a gm man
love those shows! thank you for the narrated coverage. only comment i have is how HUGE the Ranger is now. it's actually just a modded F150. sad anyone praying for small imports in that market?
A lot of nice products, I like the idea of the "service trailer" being a diesel mechanic I usually always have tools in my truck. However having a trailer set up for work is a big deal, I have a aluminum utility body that I plan on installing on a boat trailer frame with a Toyota axle due to the expected weight. The nice thing about the idea is you don't have to drag your tools everywhere you go, when you need them you just hook up the trailer and away you go. These day's you can get whatever you want as long as you don't mind spending money. I have to agree with the Mrs. on the dump body, for 15K you can buy a dump trailer and still have your truck bed. I had actually seen a CM truck bed on a truck at the Wawa on my way to work and could tell right out it was a quality item, I have to check out their web site; Can I still use TTWT coupon code? LOL Very informative video, while I haven't seen them all, I have enjoyed the content. I even got myself a 1025R and have seen the benefits of owning a tractor.
I got a CM bed, the TM model on my new truck, storage is great, looks great, but the lack of quality in the small details is very disappointing for a beds that costs as much as mine did. Some of my stuff gets wet when it rains, one box has never locked from the very beginning. Door weather strip on one box wasn't installed right and it just crushes it ever time I close the door. Warranty support is sketchy as well. I'm about 50/50 on ever buying or recommending another CM product.
Man, there's too many options. I think I'd like to mix options from various companies to customize your own personalized carry truck. Thanks for taking us along. Thumbs up.
Thay have good stuff out all depends what u need i like the cap and draws in the bed for tree climbing set up i still can have a 8ft bed with cap and ill have draws down below
Could anyone tell me the model or manufacturer of the body @21:52 ? I watched hoping to see exactly this kind of "lopsided" body but there was no info on it at the end.
BTW, Traded wife's 2009 Accord EXL in on a leftover 2017 Honda Pilot Elite AWD. Lunar Silver & Grey Leather. We also drove the CR-v and she loved this GEN of Pilots. Being leftover there were incentives and more if you financed. Well we did and when the paperwork comes in, we will just pay it off. I also loved her vehicle. It has more bells & whistles than we will ever need, but it was cheaper that a 2018 model. I am tempted to get me a new 2018 Ridgeline RTL-T, leather and Navagation & AWD. The Pilot will have a clear plastic film put on front bumper, front half of hood, tops of fenders and the color matched part of the exterior mirrors to protect from bug splats and small rocks. Kinda like a wrap. The Pilot Elite has 4 captain chairs in the front and 2nd row. Rear Seat Entertainment with wireless headphones will be my main seating spot. 3rd row is laid down and a retractable cover will be put in place as well as a tri fold rear cargo area protector.
Had them on buses I used to drive. They work pretty good, all things considered. Cons would include cost, weight (they're heavy) , they snag on things if you go off road (the company removed them during the milder months) they'l tear up your tires if you forget to turn them off when you get out of the snow. Also, they didn't seem to me that they worked as well as regular chains in mud.
They use them on school busses, fire trucks, and ambulances up here in Wisconsin. Neat idea so you don’t have to chain up and they are there in a pickle.

Anyways, I own a Ford Ranger, and.. that truck looks fricken HUGE compared to my truck. Especially the bed height... I'll be honest I don't know what Ford was thinking with this design.. but I don't like it, and I will not be buying it..
Its probably the same situation as the "new" Chevy Colorado. Which looks like they just put different body panels on a Silverado chassis. I think the auto makers missed the point of the reason why people wanted the Colorado/S-10/Ranger trucks back.

Every firetruck in our fleet has had those automatic chains for 20+ years, super effective product
Thanks. I wondered how well they would work!
I have always been fascinated by alternative truck beds, with storage options.
The on-spot chains work really well. We have them on several of our ambulances and fire trucks.
expensive to get and costly parts tho
may i see flat bed
The convertible enclosed to open deck trailer setup is very very slick!
First one we’ve seen that.

Those autochains are awesome. We used them in the Fire Service.
Wow amazing tools and truck additions, I could take home 2-3 of those units
Thanks for watching. We had an enjoyable time there.
That was interesting! I am glad Christy mentioned the old style Pepsi truck as I was trying to explain those trucks to a younger person the other day.

I work in the IT side, not the product engineering side.
enjoyed the vid! which setup are you taking home? LOL!
Too many to choose from!
What’s the point of a retractable cover if you can’t drive in the fwd position?
Awesome video. Most of the roll up doors, pull out trays and snow chains come from fire truck industry. Did you buy anything?
Bought two soft drinks.
Only because the media booth was too far away :-) (or we would have got free ones)
No cheeseburgers????
Ford Motor Company provided Dinner for the media. Well, at least WE made it dinner :-).
...but no cheeseburgers
did you buy?
