The sequence is very confusing: It starts with Filter 2, then goes to Filter 1, then Filter 3. Why not just make it 1, 2,3.

I can do all that but it's not easy releasing the nut underneath that's quite tight. That isn't shown.
Maybe a basin wrench might help.

I follow your steps, and fix my toilet bowl, BUT i want to ask if there a better to drain the left over water in the bowl before removing it, cause it make so much mess when I have to remove it with the left over water.

A Dry/Wet Vac should do the trick.

Turn off the water source, flush the toilet. Should be less water inside. Mess should be manageable with that.
