Thank you, excellent video instructions. Liked, subscribed and part ordered from the link you put up! Hope the part sorts the issue out now as I’ve the exact same flush unit as shown on the video. 👍🏼
Hi. I followed your steps and took out the valve section, there were no issues there. The cistern fills to the right level. However the inside bowl still keeps running water. The flush connects to a clip on part that connects to the valve section. When I lift this up (it’s attached to the lid) the running stops. Any ideas what I need to do to fix it ? Many thanks
That part you are lifting up sounds like the water filling tap. In short, the cistern will fit up until a floating ball lifts that arm up that shuts the water off. If not, then the cistern has a safety overflow. Buy either a new float OR set to high, so overflows before shutting off. Please do like the video and subscribe as really helps us
Do you mean outside the toilet bowl or flowing inside? If inside, then it is the seal like this. If outside then most likely either a leaking hose finding its way there OR the toilet is cracked somewhere.
Then you have a situation where the seal isn't even partially sealing. It means that it is very worn or is stuck in the up position. Isolate (switch off) water coming in and follow this to replace that seal and should resolve.
Excellent thanks, the only one that shows clearly how to remove it from the toilet.

Good video - where can I find the spares...or more specifically, a new flush unit like that that sort of rotates and pulls out
A replacement flush unit is here....amzn.to/3SxDaA1 This has very high ratings so should be good. Hope it helps.
What if the water flows into the WC continiously instead?
