A- here, was vegan for about 2 years which lead to severe health problems. I now eat meat twice a weak. I wish I hadn’t gone down the vegan route because as much as I feel better now there are still physical consequences I have to live with. It effected my nervous system badly. I wish people were more aware that eliminating certain important foods (like meat) needs to be carefully monitored. Some bodies are perfectly fine and some will start to deteriorate and it’s not going to be immediately visible. It’s a tricky thing. I was so calm on vegan diet (I felt) but it turned out later on I was just low on energy.
As an A+, I found that meats only gave me problems when I ate them with starches, like potato, pasta and rice. If I just eat meat alone, or w/ green veggies I'm fine. I eat the potato an hour later!
Interesting.. I’m A- and I thrive on a vegan diet. My body does not digest meat very well even small portions. I’ve never been a big meat eater, it just wasn’t anything I ever craved.

Im A positive and grew up eating no meat as I choice, I was repulsed at the thought of eating animal flesh. When I married, my husband only ate meat, I had to learn to cook it and only ate a little meat when pregnant because I craved it. Now in my seventies and mainly eat fruit, veggies, some rice beans and small amounts of chicken, love tuna and salmon; when I can afford it and hamburger maybe once a week, never pork. Frankly I only eat little meat because I think my body needs it and happy to hear I don't. I feel good only on veggies and not hardly any pasta but love bread and sweet potatoes. I never had a weight problem and am very healthy for my age. Intuition always lead me to eat and like for my blood type. Another type A+ here and certainly NOT a vegan. Tried it once... don't like or enjoy veggies enough. Didn't even make it a day! I felt TERRIBLE. When I don't get enough protein I feel weak, lethargic, even shaky. 😢 So idk about this one-size-fits-all kind of thing. Im down 25 pounds with 40 more to go and my triglycerides is in the normal range, liver numbers ALT/AST at low end of normal, A1C dropped to 5.6 which is high end of normal (I'm a recovering type 2).... I came to see if I could switch gears a bit and break my plateau but no.... 😅 I can't give up meat!
I'm blood type A positive. I was eating everything until I got sick.. I'm suffering from high cholesterol and acid reflux almost a year now! The stomach pain is too painful, I've spent all my money on medicine yet nothing... I really need help to get rid of this from my body! I've lost a lot of weight
I'm A + I have never been fond of red meat except for barbecues, but I love fish and shellfish. I do not eat much veggies, but, it is because I do not have the time to prepare savory dishes, not because I don't like them. I do not eat soy-based food because I had some erectile dysfunction issues in the past and it is scientifically proven that they decrease your testosterone and therefore your sexual performance and even your libido. Love nuts, especially cashews. One problem is yogurt because I like it.
A- here. I am going to have to sort this out. The only weight loss diet that has ever been successful for me is a keto type diet. I have tried other plans such as weight watchers. I used up all my points by 2 pm chasing hypoglycemia. I don't tolerate dairy well unless it is cultured dairy such as cheese. Fresh milk gives me lymphadenopathy. And even cheese can be problematic if I eat too much. I once had a painful lactose attack after eating some cheese pizza with a really thick layer of cheese. I tend to avoid wheat due to the starchy aspect. The veggies are fine as long as I avoid starchy veggies. I tend to live on animal protein and leafy greens mostly. This morning I had bacon and eggs for breakfast. I don't get along with tea at all. Gives me indigestion. Coffee, one mug a day for me. feeling great right now.
This is something new for me to fit in my brain and totally worth it to have idea about it through fit family tv ...👍 Thanks a lot for sharing this information. waiting for more this kind of video 😉☺️
There is nothing like that u can it eat anything in moderate unless if u have any allergic to specific food But before that u need very strong stomach acids to bread down meats and dairy and beans and legumes ...and also u need good digestive enzymes and u need to do some form physical activity
I'm A Neg. I love steak, and cheese of all kinds,, whole milk. and I absolutely love sweet potatoes. I can't eat corn, tomatoes, Bell peppers and pineapple they give me heartburn and I belch and am so uncomfortable for a long time
So, apparently I should be avoiding meat, dairy and breads. I would waste away without these foods...I'm already slender. I eat these foods, and my health is excellent.
I was introduced to meat at 6months old and wouldn't swallow it. When I realized that the meat on the table was my feathered friend I cried and vomited. Always was disgusted by cadaver from any species and my heart breaks for the animals and what we do to them. I thrived all my life, less sick and after getting off milk all allergies went away. Let me tell you: Working in the ER brings in any heart patients eating meat & dairy. Never had a Vegan with a heart attack. But many O Bloodtype patients in terrible heart condition, just like any other bloodtype. I am bt A, don't like Soy and but love sweet potatoes! I still do very well.
I have A - and all I eat are crustaceans. I cannot stop. I will not stop. But I do need to stop consuming dairy because it makes me feel sick and very mucusy
Do you have any protocols if o e gets ill ....... Stomach acid Stomach bloating Heart arithmia... Hair loss ... Auto immune disorder.... For blood type A positive.
🤔 Interesting... Okay... Chicken and salmon. All legumes and peanuts. Avoid sweet potatoes 🙁 after I finish the ones I have of course. No cabbage (sorry mom)... Pineapple... Never had anything against that, goat dairy (absolutely not) who needs dairy anyway. I'll miss you cashews, bread and red meat. 😫🥖🍞🍖

I found that blood type A has nothing to eat. I was eating my blood type for three months and shriveled up to nothing and eating all day to stay alive. Tired and muscle mass gone. Everybody is different. I don't recommend eating your blood type unless your sick or a vampire. I found eating your heritage and how they eat is best and that is also part of your dna. Also, find what foods bother you that day or the next. I'm A+ and eat Norway, Scandinavian and am a strong muscular viking in my senior.
yes, I have. Of course diets change over time for healthier reasons. With Arnold, he was eating more meat and protein fillers that wreak havoc on your kidneys and other organs. I was a natural body builder for a decade and it has helped me tremendously not going to steroids and any other new stimulants. My aging process is slowed down and body fat stays the same since a teenager. I think with anything, there's a point when I've eaten enough rice for my lifetime and I move on to something new. Staying away from foods that don't agree with my digestive system. I'm even finding healthy foods are not as safe as decades ago. There is a documentary on too much fiber also, which is my thing. My salads or green shakes have moved to every other day or even every third day. Also keep in mind, there is research for eating for your geographical area. Environmental toxins and mineral depletions according to area. There's a reason why some things grow in your area and not in others. God provided everything on this planet that you need until we escavate it out. Enjoyed your comment, thank you.
@@SC-oi9wp .....I did slowly work the hard fibrous vegetables into my diet weeks before going full bore. The stomach cannot handle it yet..you must make it ready in the digestive system. I’ve been vegan for 7 years almost and I just now realize it’s because my blood type A +
its because of your decision too. Im A+ and not vegan.
Everything he named to AVOID is exactly what I eat !!!!😭😭😭😭
Moderation - Sweet potato, egg plant, cabbage, mushrooms. (Avoid animal protein- red meat, pork, seafood, dairy, cashews, pistachios, breads, distilled alcohol, beer, black tea, soda. )
2:45 Type A blood type should eat:
Chicken, salmon, Mackerel, pickerel Peanuts, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, beans lentils. Soy milk, soy products. Oats, rice cakes, rice.
Feta, goat milk, goat cheese, ricotta, Pineapple.
Ginger, coffee, wine, green tea.
I feel the same way. I recently stopped eating red meat and pork only before I saw this video, everything else I’m not ready to give up
thanks for sharing

I'm blood A+. Currently eating carnivore and never felt better.
Thank you so much for this video.
I am going to try and eat according to my blood group cause I struggle with loosing weight
I’m a+ rh negative.
I do eat meat but often feel I should be vegetarian :)
Good information shared. Will share this with friends and family who are of this blood group and will be waiting for you to upload one for me 😉
thank you, so much
This is something new for me to fit in my brain and totally worth it to have idea about it through fit family tv ...👍 Thanks a lot for sharing this information. waiting for more this kind of video 😉☺️
Glad it was helpful!
I wish you would have mentioned what fruits other than just pineapple
Black berries, blueberries, cherries, grapefruit, lemon, limes, and apricots ect...
There is nothing like that u can it eat anything in moderate unless if u have any allergic to specific food
But before that u need very strong stomach acids to bread down meats and dairy and beans and legumes ...and also u need good digestive enzymes and u need to do some form physical activity
Fats and protien grea combination
fats and cabs worst combination
Protien & cabs worst combination
So eat cabs separately
I’ll take my chances I think. I’ve reached 54 without issues by eating exactly what I’m not supposed to be eating !
Right..I would starve listening too this guy lol
Indeed! This list sucks for me as a Type A. I would be constantly hungry following this. I’m not overweight at six feet and 175 lbs.
I'm A Neg. I love steak, and cheese of all kinds,, whole milk. and I absolutely love sweet potatoes. I can't eat corn, tomatoes, Bell peppers and pineapple they give me heartburn and I belch and am so uncomfortable for a long time
Wow!! Am happy to know I can eat rice😄

Woah...I'm A- and doing carnivore. I no longer have indigestion and energy to burn. Maybe I'm just odd.
Funny thing is A is dominate but we always have two blood types. That would be more accurate. AB. AO. BO etc
Very nice sir. You are surely helping us to gain knowledge on weight management
Glad to hear that, ur welcome

Thank you for great info im blood type A positive.
I’m A POS and I thrive on meat and dairy
Wow very informative video and very nicely explained tq foe sharing this with us.....
My pleasure 😊
So, apparently I should be avoiding meat, dairy and breads. I would waste away without these foods...I'm already slender. I eat these foods, and my health is excellent.
Betain helps digestion....but still best to avoid the things for your blood type....
I eat high fat low carb. No problems. Lost 40#. Weight is ideal. I am A+. Go figure.
Interesting most of the things from allowed list, I have an intolerance to.
I am A + . From my childhood I ate lot of meat. I am hungry always.
I can relate with u, my heart breaks when I see meat.. I don't want to eat meat ever in my life.. I recommend everyone in my family to avoid meat
I am type A and I am the opposite of all of this except for the Dairy. I do better without milk products.
Everything I eat I'm supposed to avoid :/
Always something new to know and useful very well explained sir
Glad to hear that
I have A - and all I eat are crustaceans. I cannot stop. I will not stop. But I do need to stop consuming dairy because it makes me feel sick and very mucusy
thanks for sharing
Who knew. I am A- been eating meat and cheese and now have gall blatter problems.
Do you have any protocols if o e gets ill .......
Stomach acid
Stomach bloating
Heart arithmia...
thats nice, thanks for the visit
How could i gain weight, i am blood type A+?
nice to hear, you need more protein to build muscle, so take more of soy protein, tofu in your diet. This will surely help you in gaining weight, not fat
any other questions please feel free to ask
@@FitFamilyTvisn’t soy bad for you? Cause breast cancer?
@@DearEva. no its not bad, if it is taken in moderation, moderation is the key, and you can check my video about top 10 vegetarian protein sources
ruclips.net/video/6QMqM3jpKF4/видео.html
check your hormones, you may have high testosterone
I am A+ but i can't stop eating chicken I love it so much also I eat fish or any meat.. But I will follow this n let's see

So nice of you
Always something new to know and useful.
So nice of you
very nice, i love the info
my pleasure, thanks for the visit
I love fetta cheese! And starch makes me tired.
Geeze- I’m 75. Just read this
No wonder I don’t like red meat
Makes me bloated - too oily
And no I’m not vegetarian
Thank you
I thought vegetable oils were quite dangerous?
I found that blood type A has nothing to eat. I was eating my blood type for three months and shriveled up to nothing and eating all day to stay alive. Tired and muscle mass gone.
Everybody is different. I don't recommend eating your blood type unless your sick or a vampire.
I found eating your heritage and how they eat is best and that is also part of your dna.
Also, find what foods bother you that day or the next.
I'm A+ and eat Norway, Scandinavian and am a strong muscular viking in my senior.
thanks for sharing this, keep it up my friend
yes, I have.
Yes. I’m A- and vegetables hurt my stomach mostly. I’m a meat eater and feel best on that.
@@SC-oi9wp .....I did slowly work the hard fibrous vegetables into my diet weeks before going full bore.
The stomach cannot handle it yet..you must make it ready in the digestive system.
Eat well my friend, vegetables are great when consumed with other foods. Also, I make green shakes more so than cooked.
Good to hear bcs I am also A+ and almost carnivore…was keto and then ketovore….I was also 6 months vegan years ago, but I have never felt as good as the last couple of years on keto and have fixed ,any digestive issues the more plants I take out. So yeah, I really hope this blood type diet is not valid! Lol but I’m going with how I feel and try to be in tune with my body
Thank you much
Where in nature can I find vegetable oil and which vegetables yield the most oil?
sadly, most of the vegetables oils we get in the market are processed
If blood group A faces constipation problem as dairy product is forbidden 🚫 kindly suggest some food accordingly blood group A
Salmon, Mackerel, and what???
Pickerel.
Well explained.. informative vedio👌👍
Thanks a lot 😊
