TUSCAN SALMON INGREDIENTS:
4 salmon fillets, boneless and skinless (1 1/2 to 2 lbs)
1/2 tsp fine sea salt, plus more to taste
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained, and chopped
1/4 cup green onion, green parts, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely shredded
2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves

I am a single dad that tries to cook when I can for my teen son. I tried this to see how it would go, he will eat seafood fairly well, he said ( without me asking ) “this is great!”. So I was very happy I made something for him that he really liked and was far better for him than the fast food he unfortunately gets most of the time. I did forget to put the onions in it but oh well.

I substitute the mushrooms with frozen peas because I really don't like mushrooms 😁

Wanna go surfing in Italy 🇮🇹 for the summer ☀️? Make sure to catch any salmon fish in the sea 🌊. Tuscan salmon is so good and they're just like tuscan chicken. That's because they're both creamy. Adding garlic flavor gives it a nice touch. I love all your salmon and Italian recipes. They are sentimental. You are such a sedulous chef. I can't wait to succinctly see how you make those. I made a Tuscan Shrimp and Fish dish inspired by your Tuscan Chicken recipe. It was originally going to be shrimp and scallops, but the store didn't have scallops so I did swai filet instead. A few extra ingredients I did was 1) deglaze the pan after cooking with some white wine 2) add a cup of chicken broth and juice of a lemon after cooking aromatics which also helps thin out the sauce 3) serve over fettuccine pasta. It was my wife's new favorite dish and was sort of a good middle ground between a Scampi and a Tuscan Alfredo.
Natasha, this recipe is absolutely fantastic!! Easy, quick, delicious. May well be our "go to" salmon favorite. By the way, this looks like a good sauce base for other adaptations. I want to try it with shrimp for example. Thanks for all you do to help "non-cook" guys like me come up with great meals at home. Primary caregiver now for my wife, meals like this one are exactly what I am looking for. Thanks for all you do. Loved Sharky at 4:03 with the mitt!
