I envy you for seeing these great shots for the first time. I saw them live in the game and I remember most of them. It saddens me deeply when I think about them and realize that Messi has grown so old and his retirement is approaching. I miss him so much on the pitch, no other player in this sport delights me as much as he does. It scares me that one day I will wake up to hear that he has retired. I can never imagine that.

Even when he doesn’t score, he gets standing ovation from crowds(home/away) more often than anyone coz it’s not about statistics and even in statistics no one comes close to him. He dominates every attacking stats and it’s not even close.

He doesn't have to shoot hard; his mid-shots at goal can be just as deadly and unexpected as his hard shots.
Top level football players can't pull off the same tricks repeatedly or make defenders look like bowling pins... Strikers usually have 1 defender covering them; Messi has 3 defenders on him when he gets on the ball and the rule is simple - don't give him space to shoot... Nobody since Diego Maradona has had that guard on a goal scorer.
I remember watching a video of a woman giving a live reaction of the Argentina v. France World Cup 2022 final in Paris... and she said something like, "Every time Messi gets the ball, a wave of fear goes over the French fans... I've never seen anything like it."
Real Madrid fans have suffered that same wave of fear for more than 10 years. They were TERRIFIED every time Messi grabbed the ball, they knew something was going to happen and there was nothing anyone could do about it.

Messi makes me cry when i was him. 2 days ago I watched his comps on yt n i cried, my gf asked why i was crying n when she found out it was because of Messi she wasn't happy. She was like "why would you cry for a fellow man, you don't cry for me like u do for Messi".
