I actually I'm 36 and I actually do it all the time I say hello like that every time I go in anywhere but in my own voice but with the same inflection and I can't stop and I have to answer phones where I work now have to admit it's very difficult for me not to do I don't know how to stop it and I want to so bad but it's a professional place that is quite large and important you have some douchebag getting on the phone going hello I just can't do it but I want to so bad

You’ll be dearly missed Cindy. A natural for the role and you and Penny made this sitcom paradise. Saying hello to this show as a youth was always heavy hilarious and made me so happy. Saying good bye hurts though. 😭😢🥺

3 channels back then and so much classic talent and characters on each one ....300 channels today and nothing that's gonna stick to the wall like this stuff .
These guys also did movies together. Look at the 2 gunners on a building with a 40mm cannon in Spielberg's 1941 movie. Also in the cult classic "Used Cars" with Kurt Russel. They play a tech savy group that takes over media broadcast from a football game, and presidential speech for a commercial.
Other movies they appear in together: Cracking Up ('77), Imps ('83), and voice work in Dr. Dolittle 2 ('01).
Ahhhh YES!!!! Wishing I could see a compilation of HELLO!! My very favorite part of this great show! Never thought they all would leave so soon. Lenny is the Lone Wolf.
Squig was my favorite then Shirley and Carmine.

When this show was in primetime, Lenny and Squiggy annoyed me so much (but in my own defense, I was a kid!), and now they're my absolute favorites!

I remember the "Hello!"s But I didn't remember all of the setup lines. That really is the One Two Punch of comedy.

If you do a second iteration, there was an SNL skit when Michael McKean was in the cast. John Travolta was the host, so they did a skit about Quentin Tarantino's Sweathogs. David L. Landers made a brief cameo at the end when Lenny and Squiggy show up with a Hello joke.

Ok that scene at Squiggy's Uncle Elliot's wax museum where he has his head in the guillotine and Penny delivers her line and he says "hello" her reaction is just so hilarious. LOL Then he starts laughing. (whether or not it was "Squiggy" or actually David laughing is debatable because it was naturally funny.
