Jock! Alittle tip to make it shine and last for a long time do your gloss black as you did but do 3 coats of rattle can clear coat after it's cured you can even wax it for that extra protection! Without the clear coat any time you scuff or rub it against anything it's scuff the paint, with the clear think enough you can literally polish scratchs off! It comes out way better and it makes it easier to shine back up after being coated with mud!!!

Nice job man. I did price raptor recently to do a alloy roof rack I built but getting it powder coated ended up cheaper than just buying the raptor alone. I do like how easy raptor is to touch up though.

Hey, mate! Your air compressor requirements are 1.5KW/2HP, it needs to be able to generate a consistent air pressure of 60 PSI for best results 👍

What do I do if my bar is powder coated and I want to spray it in raptor will I need to take it back to bare metal
Just lightly sand the powdercoat, prime then paint. If its peeling of bubling then it will need to be sanded back smooth
Hi, mate! To prepare powder coat, clean the surface with wax and grease remover and lightly sand with 180 grit sandpaper before applying RAPTOR.
And remember that the metal steel etc as to be warm when your painting/ primer

It comes in tintable - a version where you can add any auto paint colour to it and make it any colour you want

Hey jocko need some advice mate I've got a ln106 built with a turbo install have put everything brand new on this truck but can't keep the temperature down when it's driving on a slight uphill when in 5th gear even on slight gradient like the m1 I've tried everything n can't get it sorted can u offer me any help to get this sorted mate desperately wanting to get out n use this but don't want to cause damage to the engine it has hi steer conversion front n rear lokkas long range tank winch sliders 12volt system water tank custom seats raptor coated u bolt flip kit banana shackles up front 3inch lift wanting to do Cape York and northern Territory next year once or if Eva I can get this engine sorted any help will b much appreciated mate thanks
Really should have rented a real sand blaster or even a dustless sandblaster set up, over that little hand held spot sandblasting gun. Would have taken like a hour or less to do all your bar work and probably your whole rig frame body and all. Least that's how long a dustless system would take, for a normal sand blaster it would just be what you did tray and bar work.

I heard of you use raptor coat instead of a head gasket it never blows.
The trick is to brunox it first.
