Hi from the UK love your videos as I'm self isolating not because I have the virus but my age and health your videos have given me plenty to keep me busy I love being able to watch you look for artifacts
It's always fun to watch what the Chigg is up to. That rounded flattened bullet probably hit something soft but dense, like a body. The exploded shell would look great on the shelf next to an intact shell.
Enjoying all of your videos , I think the old bullets are awesome ( river treasure is river treasure no matter what you find , that old stuff is cool )
The nail is a pipe tamper for smoking a pipe. There are two other parts to it, a spike and a bowl reamer. Your T-Tool is a woodworking auger, The twisted part has rotted out because it is thinner,
2:15 Looks like a wedge from a wedge & feather set for splitting rock. 9:31 appears to be the tongue of a wagon or piece of farm equipment. 10:38- Tough one. Could be a spike still in a piece of rotten wood, or the top handle end of a auger.
Hay chigg, great to see ya back on the water before it becomes to cold to get out or becomes frozen. Always a great day when your out finding those civil war bullets an war relics. Good looking creek to be on as well. An yes always look for those native artifacts when on the creek also. I have found alot of them in the days gone by when out on the creeks metal detecting. Great video chigg. Hope to see more of ya in the coming weeks before mother nature changes things up on us. As always safe an happy hunting/digging. 😁👍👍
Another fine video, Chigg never disappoints. The T handle looks a lot like a wood bore often used for timber framing. The other piece looks a lot like the remains of wagon tongue. all and all a very good vid.
That big hunk may be a form of slag from an old furnace. Its silicone and bits of iron. Here in the North West corner of Connecticut there is a lot of this near old furnaces. Just a thought.
I can watch bullet digging all day long. It makes your imagination run wild. I have a couple of old muskets that I found washed up on the NJ shore, many years ago. The came from a Gun Runner ship bringing arms to the South from Europe. They were obviously antiques even then. Axe marks on the stocks where the guns were broken and thrown overboard when the ship was seized. Anyway, the barrels are really thick like that piece you found. Maybe that is Colonial era?
Hi, I'm enjoying your river relic hunting video. Can you recommend a metal detector for a new guy just getting started. I'd like to do the same type of river relic hunting that you are doing in this video. Thanks
Man Chigg! You find some of the neatest antiques metal detecting. You most likely have a great museum of your own, if not you should, I would pay to see it!😊👍
This reminds me of the good old days when the chigger would find all kinds of cool stuffing very little wasting time just digging and finding digging and finding excellent😁
Hey man thank you for the video and you know what buy this video herejust made me think to myself when I get my piece of property it's going to have a stream so I might buy a machine like you have and go relic hunting myself who knows I might find something good on my own land that I own when the time comes
I really enjoy seeing all those bullets, especially the deformation. Are all metal detectors water resistant? I'm looking to start looking for gold in the rivers of Colorado and I don't have much $ to spend. The garret carrot is on my list to buy, but I'd like to know what detector to get
Are you sure that the big black shiny chunks that you keep finding are not coal for a furnace the shapes look like it to me. high quality coal is light. Coal with trash in it is heavy.
Hey, Chigg, great vid. Was wondering what you do with all those bullets. You must have collected at least a hundred pounds, or more by now, not including all the scrap lead, and fishing weights. I highly doubt you'd sell them for scrap. Ebay? Thanks, Hank
The tool you found was an old wood boring bit attached to a T handle. Pretty cool. Mid 17 early 1800s
I agree I have one! missing the wood.
I agree
Yes a big hand auger mostly used for log cabins an fencing etc .

Can’t wait for your next cave video 👍😁
Watched your video on the book review of artifacts viginia...... Looking foward to digging into it when i comes in the mail
Do you have to file a caveing permit with the state like Indiana?

very relaxing.😊
Bullets are some of my favorites. Love the "smooshed" ones for sure.

Thank's Beau for the Adventure very nice finds that nail is stone tool wedge for splitting granite or redstone!!!; )
Great day to see you again in the water awesome can't beat that chigger 👍
Loved the splat bullets the most
at 10:55 that looks like an auger drill. Also called a ship's auger because they were used in boat building
Forgot to mention, they were also used in timber framing. Barn builder would use them to drill holes in beams to peg the joints
Always enjoy watching!😊
Brilliant very interesting I like all the bullets great job
Enjoying all of your videos , I think the old bullets are awesome ( river treasure is river treasure no matter what you find , that old stuff is cool )
Thanx Chigg..... love finding civil war bullets...
The flat ones were definitely
AWESOME !!!! Another great AQUACHIGGER ADVENTURE see ya on the next
Love the river adventures. Caves n it so much. I watch them. I just have an unreasonable fear of closed spaces. Stay safe
After a 10 hour shift i enjoy nothing more than your videos
The nail is a pipe tamper for smoking a pipe. There are two other parts to it, a spike and a bowl reamer. Your T-Tool is a woodworking auger, The twisted part has rotted out because it is thinner,
The long wood piece with the hitch is part of a cannon carriage. The cannon is in the middle of the river. If you find it I want half of it, lol.
That's what I thought as well.
Little before 13:00 you forgot to say “hold your breath” and I got water up my nose and nearly drowned.
best comment ever
@@zebrathing69 take care and stay awesome.

Nice finds chigg always like your videos its spring that means metal detector season is here
Thanks for the video very interesting!!😎🦇🦇🇬🇧

At this point, pull tabs are a relic too. I can’t remember the last time I saw a can with a ring pull tab.
The T handle tool looks like it could be used for fighting vampires, a vampire pick axe. LOL

That bullet hit something hard close great video Chigg be safe and GOD BLESS Chigg Amen 🙏
You got nailed !!!!!!!!!
A really good selection. Enjoyed every minute.
The t handled thingy could be an auger or part of it or I've seen longer ones that had a it for water shut offs
Cheers mate! 😀
Do you ever find steel trade arrow tips?
The flat wide “nail” looks like part of a rock wedge used for splitting rock. Possibly they where quarring stone from that ledge for a foundation.
If I'd have looked through the comments first, I'd have noticed ya beat me to it...

Ya know hot rocks could be meteorites, and they are valuable.
Thanks for sharing Sir Chig!

I’ve found some Civil War bullets, but only a few. Nice finds as always.👍
Is it bad that I actually hold my breath when you take us underwater? Lol Love your vids!
Seeing new videos from you always puts a smile on my face 😁
Love your videos!
I would like to see a Samsquanch tshirt. :)
Do you think that unknown metal crud could be clinkers form a coal forge?
This reminds me of the good old days when the chigger would find all kinds of cool stuffing very little wasting time just digging and finding digging and finding excellent😁
Thank you Chigg:)
What model and brand metal detector would you personally recommend for a beginner just starting the hobby?
Love your videos,Have you found any more caves to explore, did anything become of the last cave you found and explored.
all kinds of good things.
THE NAIL COULD BE A KNIFE HANDLE
Great video as always. Have you ever checked the hot-rocks out to make sure they're not meteorite fragments?

How do you go about water proofing your detector, so that when it gets laid down in the water it doesnt get ruined ?
Glad you are back digging treasure and making videos! When do you think you will start making your hats available? Mike in sunny Florida
Kathy from Iowa. Just found yall today.
You are over a million subs. Wooo hoo. Buddy
Special video is needed
Boy that Garrett at pro has just as many miles as you f250 has lol. Love the videos buddy!
haha "Civil War or Way Before" would make a good channel name or motto
Wrong way Corrigan...😂🤣
Wood drill bit!
Gotta watch out for those Samsquanchs
You make it look so easy. I’ve found out it’s not at all!
Thank you, I’m still get over Eddie VanHalen! It’s sad, but you’re giving me a good of fun! 🙏❤️👍😇
So cool!!!
That old wooden pick looking thing could be a ancient murdddddder weapon
The tool might be an old tee shaped arbor drill. Be interesting to see it after rust removal. Stay awesome Chigg.
That special nail you found. It looked like a smoking pipe cleaner, Used to clean out the bowl.
HOORAY RIVER RELICS
I really enjoy seeing all those bullets, especially the deformation.
Are all metal detectors water resistant? I'm looking to start looking for gold in the rivers of Colorado and I don't have much $ to spend. The garret carrot is on my list to buy, but I'd like to know what detector to get
Does the garrett at pro come with water proof coil
Thanks man.
Why are dropped bullets more desirable than fired?
Are you sure that the big black shiny chunks that you keep finding are not coal for a furnace the shapes look like it to me. high quality coal is light. Coal with trash in it is heavy.
Could the little piece of tapered pipe, be a pistol barrel?
My comment to show support for your Video is as follows. -Big Thumbs Up
Hey, Chigg, great vid. Was wondering what you do with all those bullets. You must have collected at least a hundred pounds, or more by now, not including all the scrap lead, and fishing weights. I highly doubt you'd sell them for scrap. Ebay? Thanks,
Hank
Could that tool be an auger of sorts? For ice or maybe trees?
Awesome
Sure would like too find some of those 69 cal. Bullets from the civil war. All im finding are musket balls lol. Enjoy the water Beau.!!
Woot woot 1st love me some chig!!!
You should have a whale of a pull tab collection by now. LOL.
I pulled a 3" exploded Hotchkiss shell out of my creek a month ago. Still looking for the sabot and base.
I’ve bout learned the names of the different bullets now Chigg
the nail looks like a rock splitting feather.
How much do you sell the bullets for?
2:06 Rock splitting wedge?
The wood with a shackle could be a wagon tongue
that T handle thing looks like it could have been some kind of an a drill like a hand auger just a thought hope you're well my friend
That flay nail looked like a "feather" for splitting stone.
That chunky thing looked like iron slage
.I think it also know as man made obsidian..
Hey Chigg glad to see you buddy it’s been a few days
That T shaped thing you found is an old wood drill
Bo bo whatcha know????hold your breath!!!!!!
I wonder if the hot rock could be "coke", a type of coal product that was used in certain types of furnace?
At least I hope it is because I would be very proud of myself if I knew something that you didn't. 😉
2 questions: 1) Hows Bobbi Wobbles? 2) When ya coming back to the New Orleans area???
Got some really interesting bullets on this hunt!
The iron with wood T handle could be an old drill
