First of all it's the driving style. Max is a slow in, fast out, where as Charles is a fast in, slow out. Second, no one had the grip that they were expecting. Everyone out braked themselves in turm 8 and 10 and 12, so this is not a great representation of the cars strengths and weeknesses, it was more about who had slightly better track conditions for his lap and who f'ed up his lap less than others. Third, carrying more speed on the entry to the corner is a more representation of a good rear end than getting a better exit, because under braking you get the weight transfer from the rear to the front, so the rear becomes light, and to attack the entry very hard like Charles you need to have good confidence with the rear end of the car, on the other hand Max doesn't need as good of a rear end, because he doesn't attack the entry that way, his car is designed go have a great front end in the middle of the corner where there's no braking (therefor no weight transfer to rotate the car).
Thanks for these visualizations. Puts their driving styles and car performance into perspective. Your efforts and sharing this with us all are much appreciated.
Max and that car are in perfect symmetry. He sets his corner exits up perfectly for the traits of that car and you can see it even just in this comparison.
@@bryan1377 actually Ferrari lose a tenths on the exit but then cut thet gap on the straights. You can see Max was earlier on the throttle. And F1tempo agree with me.
@@user-vc7xl9eu4b not really, it’s the driving style and setup of the cars Verstappen has been getting his time on the straights on all Qualis and race. It’s a no brainer everyone knows the Redbull is the superior one on the straights Max brakes early at corners and begins to throttle whereas Leclerc has to be at a 101% to even match the Red Bull. This is just quali, during the race he will comfortably lap Leclerc easily getting his advantage on the straights
From the looks of it, the RB has more rear end grip on corner exit. LeClerc carries more speed upon corner entry. Great video per usual!!!
Thank you sir! Glad you enjoyed it

No, that's not the RB, that's Max his feeling with the car and the way he takes the corners.

Thank you sir! Really appreciate the support there 🙏❤️
Congratulations mate. I just saw your Martin Brundle analyse this on Sky. Amazing work as always
The RB has a lot of downforce and Max is very good in slippery conditions. Also Max did his lap first so he had the best track conditions
Very true, I wonder if the result would have been any different if Leclerc was the first car setting a lap time
well planned by red bull
Didnt HAM do the lap first Max was 2nd if im not mistaken so HAM had the best conditions.

Damn! Sky Sports used your 3D footage! Saw it with Martin Brundle. Good going 🤘👌
Musta paid a decent fee for it I hope
But still the fastest lap of the day was Norris's Q2 lap 1.10.021 . If we didn't have rain the times would've been even lower
And the 2019 quali times were 3 seconds faster. Crazy
@@8tonystark8 the older cars of the hybrid era were different beasts. i hope next year we edge even closer to such performance
really makes me appreciate their different driving styles this one. amazing work as usual. i hope Stroll v Alonso is in the works as well hehe
Thank you! We’ll definitely will be having a look at that lap 👀
Crazy that Max' 2019 pole was a 1:07.5
Phenomenal corner exits

Love the beats, reminds me of Barbershop simulator 💈🎶
congratulations on featuring on Sky Sports. good work
Your Work is Amazing ! ♥
Looks like their rivalry is back at it again!
we need this for the 2 last laps of alonso/perez
What software do you use and how do you get track data?
Can you please make one of the two last laps between Perez and Alonso in Interlagos 2023
sky sports f1 used this
Amazing, if you slowly add more telemetry data, this would easily beat F1 official qualifying comparison.
I wish they implemented our stuff hahaha
@@formulaaddictgive em an offer, maybe you would become a millionaire
i think sky sport f1 did thesame things like similar to this@@formulaaddict
You should make video analysis of alonso vs perez battle for 3rd position
Alonso vs Perez on the last lap?
That RB19 has so much efficient downforce in the hands of Max.
Max and the RB19 looks like a match made in heaven

True! Very good of him to turn things around this weekend so far
