Can't say I had same experience. No budget limits, after comparing and trying 2 of 3 of these, I bought Turbo Levo Pro S6. Couldn't be more happy. Love the long reach on the S6. 6'4 232 and it fits me so good.
Your not the only one. This is the first review that I’ve seen to not include the Levo in the top 2 or 3. Of course some reviewers like to be “different” Just for sake of being different.
Although only three of the best ebikes made into our eMTB Bike of the Year video, we also reviewed: Nukeproof Megawatt 297 RS Orbea Wild M-Team Pivot Shuttle LT 29 Ride SLX/XT Santa Cruz Bullit CC S Specialized Turbo Levo Expert Transition Repeater NX Carbon Trek Rail 9.8 XT Gen 3 Whyte E-180 RSX MX Super Enduro You can find our full independent reviews of all these bikes on BikeRadar.com
In some ways I'm inclined to agree, but there are some $10,000+ pedaling bicycles one can purchase! Compared to them $2,000 is not so bad. However, it is wonderful when prices are low. It just makes it more difficult to pay the average worker a true living wage. So there is more to that story people are not perceiving or looking at.
If i bought a bike like this, i would throw away the battery. useless carrying electric bikes across streams and throwing it over shoulder to climb up side of a cliff.
Just purchased the wild H10 customized out the door for 5500, I'm stoked, cant wait to shred the trails in north georgia
Love my Whyte 180RSX, and best part is I bought it for 7k and have no issues with climbing comfort, I’m 5’7 and riding a medium 😎
Just place my order for a customized Wild M10 today :)
How is it?

Still rocking my 2021 trek rail 9.9 shes a beast swapped in 3 motors thus far but shes holding over 5K miles on her.
20k on bafang
Pivot, Orbea, Levo
No comments on longevity or build quality. My whyte really wasn't great in those terms.
Does the clear plastic piece on the back tire stay on or need to be removed

Which specific Orbea Wild was tested? The range is huge!
How many charge cycles can the batteries take on these bikes take before they need to be replaced?
I'm nearly at 3 years and charging every week . Bosch rail.
Are these fast trail bikes? Or ride on street if don’t want to pedal much? Thanks
Specialized Turbo Levo Gen 3?
No
Yah where is it?
Anything good under 5k? Sheeesh
How about the Husqvarna MC6, where would that bike fall? It has similar geo numbers and components with a decent price.
far too limited in scope. many more options out there

Shame orbea only do 29ers - as a small woman I can't handle a 29er as easily as mullet.
Maybe have a look at the Canyon Strive:On
You can mullet them.
@@Bmxdad916 I heard the bottom bracket is then too low? So pedal strikes are awful...
Canyon Strive On?
Thanks for the comment. We did request a Canyon but the brand wasn't able to supply us with one for our eMTB Bike of the Year test.
Santa Cruz é brasileira?
I knew the Specialized Levo would win the contest!
Nope
Yup, every other review has in top 2-3
What are the best full suspension mid-drive ebikes around or under $2000?
Schwinn
@@godlike0630 🤣🤣🤣
Ridiculous that an electric bike is more expensive than a nice second hand car….

Sadly no Cannondale. Well, let's meet contenders next year..
Levo Gen 3 is better
I have had both and the Orbea beats the levo downhill it’s a lot more fun to ride. All day riding tho the levo is more comfortable
A VPP bike in top 3? Really?
Just buy a Surron for 3k cheaper
First ❤

Spoken like someone who'll never buy one.
Put the battery in and just ride across the stream and up the cliff. A Focus Sam2 can…I’m sure these can.😉
Amazing.
Not sure you're the target audience of the bikes.
What a bizarre comment.
