      Hi
      How did you connect the GPS
      Mines keeps saying wrong serial number

    • @robgill7459

      Ian Nisbet Sorry I don’t have the GPS version of the CT6. I think the serial number is underneath the trolley.

    I constantly hit the on/off button on my motocaddy and end up running down the fairway after my trolley, it has even ended up in a stream. I am definitely going to buy the CT6 just for that feature. Excellent review as always.

    Heard rumors that a major trolley manufacturer is working on a AI-driven system with lidar sensors and a submeter GPS receiver. Autonomous driving and follow me functionality is achieved by connecting the system to the motor controls. In a ‘programming round' you can define parking postitions at each green and tee box and route safe paths around bunkers and hazards on the display. When playing an 'advance function’ drives the trolley to the next parking postition, so e.g. when hitting the green from 160 yards you could take out the putter and press advance and the trolley moves to the position beside or behind the green. From there to the next tee and so on. With the additional remote control one could still pause the autonomous driving when e.g. a playing partner hits his ball. Then just press continue and the trolley advances on its own. Of course one can always steer by hand in uncertain terrain. This is probably the future of electric trolleys.

    Having just bought one, I have a few comments. It looks great, and so far, it works great too. BUT - if you buy the correct transport bag for the CT6, you find it is a very, very tight fit indeed. If you fit an umbrella holder it becomes too tight, and you can only fasten the zip if you turn the wheels round. If you buy a CT6 and you want a transport bag, buy one that is bigger than the recommended model. Second - the GPS maps for some courses seem to be very out of date. Hazards made in the last few years are not on the plan, and the plan shows hazards that have been removed. I have tried updating, but it hasn't fixed the problem.

    Great video, its a shame this particular model with the GPS, doesn't have EBC included...that would be special! You have to get a model without GPS but has EBC which seems mad.

    • @MarkJackson1

      David you can buy any of these to fit this year's models. So the CT range and FX range accessories fit. I've fitted, umbrella, drinks and scorecard to this year's ct6 fine.

    Explain how the electronic braking system works?
    Do u have to press a button or is it automatic?

    • @hannahholdenNCG
      @hannahholdenNCG  2 года назад

      It is automatic, its picks up when you are on steep slopes and adjusts the speed this doesn't
      come as standard though its and optional extra.

  • @justinstephenson9360
    @justinstephenson9360 4 года назад +1

    It looks as though they have made it smaller by the truly innovative idea (not) of reducing the width between the wheels when fully deployed. That will make it more unstable. As an upgrade from the CT2 I will pass

    Hi , I am new to golf, joined for the exercise to get fit after cancer treatment. I bought a motocube push trolley which is fine but as I'm in my 70s I'm finding it hard work pushing it up hills, so I'm thinking of getting one of these. I bought a calloway bag off the internet but did not know it was a bag for standing it has legs. The legs are still in the plastic and it fits the cube trolley no bother. Would it fit on the CTS ?? or would i have to buy yet another bag

    • @hannahholdenNCG
      @hannahholdenNCG  2 года назад

      Should fit on the bag fine, usually there is a strap on the carry bag to hold the legs back while it is on the trolley!

      @@hannahholdenNCG No it does not, it shakes rattles and rolls and threatens to throw off the bag and clubs. Had to buy a new bag. :(

    I am very interested in CT6. I need to know how to operate speed control dial which is very important in the field. I understand the middle button is used to start and stop running. But I do not understand clearly about the turning dial. Can I used the turning dial only to start running, increase speed, decrease speed and stop running (without pressing middle button at all)? And if it works like this, dose the speed change up and down smoothly, without jumping to the next pre-set speed? I have experience that the speed changes by the number shown, not variable speed. Please inform. Thank you.

    • @hannahholdenNCG

      PinPutt hi! Pressing the button up and down turns the power on and off then rotating adjusts the speed, the speed only adjusts if you alter it!

    Confused. Would you recommend this or the MotoCaddy M3 DHC GPS ? or the new Stewart Q Remote ?

    • @hannahholdenNCG
      @hannahholdenNCG  3 года назад

      Depends what is most important for you in a trolley? The M3 and CT6 have GPS the Remote doesn't. CT6 is the smallest when folded down. M3 has DHC so good for hilly courses. The remote can obviously be controlled using the remote control which gives you more freedom!

      Sadly it greatly reduces the compactness and makes it difficult to get some clubs out of the bag, it’s a very bad design, I have had to modify mine but why didn’t Power-caddy think of it?

    I've been in touch with PowaKaddy about the failings of the C2i control switch exactly like you say in this video. They have replied that apart from turning down the speed setting before swithcing off ( which defeats the whole purpose of it ), there is no solution. Do you know if the new switch on the CT6 can replace the C2i or can be adapted?

  • @fairwayfreunde

    The level of specialists L1 Technologies (PixelsMatter LLC - Developers of this device) is very low, it is not clear how bushnell golf, motocaddy, and the Yamaha were order development of devices and mobile applications from them. Developers are engaged in theft and copying of branded electrical and GPS devices while presenting the development as their own. Also, the main boss turns out to be violates for women as evidenced by several lawsuits from women against him in the USA! I will not advise this disgusting company.
    They periodically open a new company, probably to make a rebranding, since there are no orders at all, the last company was opened under the name Pixels Matter LLC, which is essentially the same as L1 Technologies. #l1technologies #pixelsmatter #busnellgolf #motocaddy #powacaddy #golf #golfprofessiona #igolf
