Saw Bruce last night at Bush Hall in London, 30 years after seeing him for the first time. He still so has it, in fact last night was even more intense. He seems to have a greater than ever emotional connection with the words. Great show..... thanks Bruce for the gift.... the sound track to my life
One of the best tours I've ever seen. Bruce was SO in the pocket (Wiltern Theater, LA). I had backstage, thanks to Fergus (Thanks Ferg!). Amazing daze....
hoop dancer nother great solo by hugh! when i was in j.r. high school i took a class called " beginning strings" instruments would be provided. i wanted to learn guitar but alas we couldn't afford one so i took the class. you know the rest of my tale of woe ( violins, violas etc.) at one point i was dragging home a cello, next sign up dropped like it was hot. years later i heard people like jean luc ponty and jerry goodman..... oh well.
I never knew Hugh Marsh had a brother! Just enjoyed Bruce at Butchart Gardens near Victoria, BC...but the studio version is better on this track...sorry...I was Cockburn's neighbour on Manning Avenue in Toronto many years ago...I know him only too well!
Awesome live version. Wish I had - A TIME MACHINE.
What a performance! Bravo!

There seems to be hair on my head. Strange look back in time.
We all did. Great show! Thanks for that.
I hesitate to say this his best band, but it has been one of my personal faves. i totally dig the marsh bros period, so " eighties" done right.
Ferguson is “my” inspiration on the Stick!!! Powerhouse!!
