    We went to Belize and have wonderful breads, muffins, cakes, cinnamon rolls, etc. It was all fresh ground flour. We had no gut issues, bloating, or anything. It proved that it wasn't the flour but the processing.

    We get Ezekiel bread from the freezer section of the grocery store.

    Eat slowly, chew well, take small bites. That gives the stomach time to tell the brain you've had enough.

    I love making homemade bread and really got into sourdough. I grow my own garden. I raise my own animals, but I could not lose weight until I went on carnivore diet so now I’m more carnivore keto. Everybody has so many different opinions on this. I think it just depends on your body, I am a Christian so I do believe that the way God made food was good but so much food is polluted with things now so eating real food is definitely the best. We just have to decide what goes best with our bodies.

    What about those who are gluten intolerant?
    Also where do you buy organic grains?
    Our crops are contaminated.

    Do fresh grain impact blood sugar differently?

    • @teresawhite791
      @teresawhite791 5 дней назад +2

      Yes, I grind my own wheat and I have much lower blood sugar spikes with my own bread, with that being said I still do not over do it. I eat 1 slice with breakfast and most of time I leave off bread for lunch & dinner. I am diabetic from medication. for a transplant. If I go out and eat the refined bread, it’s a bad spike.

    We have junk food everywhere. On billboards, on TV, in magazines, on RUclips. And look at the grocery store aisles filled with junk food. At the store where we shop, and entire aisle is devoted to potato chips and cookies.

    The Biblical Nutritionist + Organic grains including with gluten can be certified as organic when sprayed to kill off all the grains for uniformity of harvest! Is it the gluten that is causing health issues or the chemical that the grains are being sprayed?

      @The Biblical Nutritionist
      The above question is excellent. Can you also address gluten sensitivity and if there’s a way to overcome it? Thanks

      @@suzannemartin6817 Try using Organically certified gluten grains from a reputable source. I have heard from other/s what I have been thinking all along is that It is the Chemicals the grain is grown with including what the grain crop was sprayed with to kill of the crop for uniformity of harvest. I remember when my 1st wife and I used to buy high gluten wheat and make Seitan. Seitan is the gluten from wheat and is high in protein. I conjecture that gluten is not the issue it is the gly_phosate and other chemicals applied to the crops prior to going to market.

    I’m curious on your thoughts for post menopausal women eating the extra grain. I keep hearing conflicting information. I’m 50 and I do lift weights and walk 10k to 15k steps daily. Thank you!😊
    Ps. I have you nutrition guide and Bible study guide to get me started🎉

    I am actually allergic to wheat, not gluten. Very allergic . So what would you recommend for someone like me?

      Buckwheat (contrary to the name) doesn’t have gluten and may be different from “wheat” you are allergic to. Also millet might be okay.

    I Christian sister, I enjoyed listening to you and learn from you. But would you explain how people in the Bible have eaten whole grains and bread for thousands of years I’ve done very well tell the people what’s wrong with the gray now that wasn’t wrong with the gray in biblical times. And certainly all grades aren’t bad. Would you explain so we can understand out here

      I don’t think that there were the chemicals then as we seem to “need” now to grow the plants there for way less health issues
