I went in fully expecting to get a middling rating for my top 10 but I’m happy with a 7 I really do try to keep my favourites as personal to ME as possible. That’s why it’s largely dominated by movies which resonate with me and my interests because they are the stories that I truly love to see and are the ones I go back to the most. I do have a few acclaimed films on the list but, in comparison to a lot of other people, it’s the minority and I like it that way. Thanks for taking a look 👍 Also, nice! I’m on the thumbnail 🥳
I want to share my top 10 even though it doesn't have that much personality. 1. Across the spiderverse, into the spiderverse. i like across more but both would be in top 10 so i listed them together. 2. Leon the professional 3. interstellar 4. Apocalypse now 5. Fight club 6. The big short 7. Matrix 8. Spirited away 9. Metropolis 10. La La Land
Woohoo I MADE IT IN THE VIDEO 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Honestly I’m surprised how highly your rated my list as I know you disagree with some of my picks like Ferris Bueller and Shaun. That’s very much what I aimed for with my top 10, these are films that have very much influenced me in my life, my tastes and philosophies of how I go about life. Even something like Goodfellas even though it’s a popular one, the reason I love it as much as I do is more personal to my own experience
@@sylvesteruchia5263 there is no such thing as an objectively 'mid' movie. Some movies are great to everyone, but these 'mid' movies to you are great to specifically these people. That gives you a special insight into their character, their life. I think that's great, yes.

You loose all credibility when you refer to Shawshank as a Spielberg movie, when he literally has nothing to do with it, Frank Darabont directed it it feels like you trolling your audience as it seems implausible you don’t know that
@@steveporter3161 Genuinely, it was an honest mistake. I was thinking about Stephen King, who wrote the source material and I got all mixed up. This is why I usually script videos lol
@@kritpickproductions fair play, happens to the best of us, it just jarred as you were clearly knowledgeable elsewhere and you made the error several times. Hate to think how mistakes I’d make doing an unscripted video 🤣
This video's theme of praising people on how different they are based on their letterbox is really bad. Making the movies one likes their whole personality is very embarrassing in general. If you base your favourite movies on how different you can be and not on how much you actually enjoy them. I feel sorry for you.
