Not only does Morristown itself offer great retail and dining options, it’s also ONLY about 2 hours from beautiful Asheville, NC., about 2 hours from Nashville, TN. and only 45 minutes from Knoxville, TN.
That Is fantastic for us who like to get away from time to time!
Plus…. The beauty and the peace and quiet of Southern Heights to come home too. I hope that I can make the open house and establish financing for one of these beautiful homes.

It looks awesome. I would buy 2 if it was 90 min SE in Henderson County NC. Can’t move to TN due to family commitments. Too bad, it looks like a great deal.
I am sure you guys know this but make sure to get a VA builder ID number for VA loans. It is an easy process and I think it takes 5 business days. VA loans usually have a lower interest rate and refinancing is easy, especially if you are a disabled veteran.
It would be great to honor the land by creating small orchard or plots to garden.
Still working on getting those internal measurements for the Carter woods? That's a hold up for more people than just me. People don't want to tie up $40,000 when the house we can afford may not even be suitable. Without measurements we don't know. Yes, you have said that if the project doesn't go forward we'll get our deposit back. That's great, but what about if the house isn't suitable?

Southern Heights is very beautiful. I hope you have the chance to have a community there. I know you are able to get this done. I had a dog that caught a mouse. I had another dog that was very what he ate. He would take baby carrots out of the box and literally laid them on the carpet of the van and eat the meatloaf. He was my baby boy, and he died due to a fire. I balled because we had him for 10 years. 15:18 s😮.😅

My mom grew up in Southern Heights. I spent many a summer there with my Mamaw.
Looks like Ith are going to struggle with this new project of 200 homes on Southern Heights if their posting another pitching video of the countryside. I hope it does get going for those that have invested already in the area as it looks nice. Possibly they have overstretched themselves with their cutbacks at the factory and should have gone for a smaller quantity of finished homes on less acreage. Then move on to a second phase where future investors could see a completed home. Can see this taking a few years just to get started but good luck anyway with this ambitious venture.

The tiny homes are a separate division.
We hope the project goes through but if it doesn’t, we won’t force it.
Customers are needing help with financing and we are in the works on helping with that.
People are desperate for these homes and we are trying our best to fill this void.
This would be a contracted project and our Tiny Home employees have no bearing on this branch of the company.
Completely separate.

Nationwide real estate is coming down in price and inventories of new homes are increasing to levels similar to what happened just before the 2008 home crash. Inflation is robbing people of their savings as well. It may be true that the FED could lower interest rates just before the election but, any reduction will not help home prices until in 2025. A lot of people (like myself) are waiting out the current financial storms.
