These tapas look delicious but I heard we're not supposed to cook with extra virgin olive oil. Is it absolutely necessary flavor-wise to cook in extra virgin olive oil? or can I use regular olive oil instead?
In Spain and Italy, we have been using extra virgin olive oil for cooking for thousands of years, trust me, you can cook with extra virgin olive oil, but if you prefer, you can use regular olive oil :) and yes, it does make a difference in the flavor, much love
