My daughters got me a mug press for Mother's Day and I tried it out tonight for the first time. Wish I'd seen you video first but I agree, it is so fun!
Kayla I love how you blow up your design to help you assemble it when is all cut..I do this too but just in case there is a problem I write doen the size I cut first so if I have to cut while design or just cut a piece of it I have the perfect size..
Great tutorial--so clear and concise! Thank you so much! And I appreciate you sharing your tip for saving the "leftover" portions of Infusible Ink for future use so they didn't go to waste!
Nice clear explanation Kayla. Wish I had found your video before I tried making my mug. I just made my 1st mug last night and it was very difficult. I designed from scratch (first mistake) and I could not get the mug wrap and my design on the same canvas at the same time. I see that all you did was upload your design after you had the wrap on the canvas. I tried that, but each time I uploaded which ever image I did not already have on the canvas, the other image disappeared! I see that your video was made a year ago in 2021 (if that's correct). Cricut must have changed something because it does not work that way anymore. So for anyone interested, I found the answer in Jennifer Makers Cricut Coach playbook under "how to combine multiple projects". Since she sells this guide about using design space, and I was unable to find an answer anywhere else on youtube, I will only say that essentially you must copy one project and paste it onto the canvas where the other project is. I'm not connected to Jennifer but I will say that the guide is worth the $19 price tag. I am not trying to promote Jennifer, but just help complete helpless newbies like me so they won't give up on crafting using cricut and design space. Subscribed. I like your simple explanations and calm voice.
I loved this very informative video! I started using my mug press last week when I bought my Cricut Explore 3 and have made five mugs so far. I learned some great tips for making multiple coloured mugs, from you! I just became a new subscriber, too!
Great video. I started using my mug press a month ago. I love it. I have been wanting to do multiple color mugs. I am making some this weekend. New subscribers, I'll be watching more of your videos.
I love your video, thank you. It has been really helpful to see how to use a design with multiple colours. I live in Cyprus which unfortunately does not have a Cricut supplier so the Mug Press I ordered on line could not be set up. Do you have any suggestions, please 🙏
I am grateful for your video. I am trying to add words with different colors on the transfer sheet. Do I need to slice all the words out of the transfer sheet? Hope this isn't too confusing :)
Thank you again for your video :-) I just created a mug using Cricut infusible inks. I love the way it turned out but the only thing is that the grid from the transfer sheet was imprinted on the mug as well. Do you have any idea what could have caused this?
hey guys !!! wqtched the video thank you for the tutorial question though im a begginer and im trying to do my writing of my mug and i am using the invisible ink paper but when its coming to the weed its not coming off like it so the video idk wht im doing wrong????? i have it in vynil and basic cut but nothing its been days that i hav been trying to do it? can it be my blade or im i doing something wrong? Thank you!! The image was only available to members through my membership, but I’ve currently closed it down so it isn’t available anymore :( you might be able to find something similar on Etsy!
You can! I haven’t tried any others yet but Angie from the Country Chic Cottage made a great RUclips video showing different mugs you can use, other than Cricut ones. ruclips.net/video/Vx-o3Kht5_Q/видео.html
You do beautiful work! I enjoy your channel. Yet, I am so over the cricut mug heat press marketing saturation on sooo many RUclips tutorials. The tutorials are similar to ALL the mugs sitting in my cabinet, too many! Sorry
Thank you! Yes, I have to go through and declutter my mugs often! I plan to put one of these in my craft room for decoration actually. I do, however, really enjoy the new mug press but I understand where you’re coming from! I would really like to try tumblers to see if those would work because I get a lot of use out of tumblers.

Beautiful job on both mugs.
Thank you so much! 💗
Can you use any mug or do you have to use only the Cricut mugs?
They dont have to be Cricut but they have to be sublimation blanks
