A bit weird, but also interesting and entertaining! I enjoyed it all but I 'm easily pleased. Many thanks for sharing, always good to see more of Cornwall.
Nice one Tony, I always enjoy hearing extra bits it give the vlog more filling like you're getting to know the vlogger as a person. Some lovely images there. I also eat like this, seems to help with my wheat intolerance. Also like that you name plants and talk about them, life is not just photography.
Thank you for another interesting video and a nice collection of photographs. We're always interested to hear your off-topic thoughts as well as the photography comments.
As you come up those steps, if you turned right for 20 mtrs there was a Hotel, we stopped a couple of years back, we gave the beach a miss, my wife has a dodgy knee so it was a no go. Only there for one night then moving on to Falmouth. However I was shooting reflections of the boats, vibrant to say the least. Cheers Tony, good to see Meva again. Interesting diet but as my wife works afternoons at a Doctors and doesn't finish till 18.30 it wouldn't work for us.
I’m new to your channel, watched one around Truro and this, enjoying both, very informative. Coincidentally I’ve recently discovered Zoe, Keffir and intermittent fasting. Not doing all of these yet but starting the journey .
Thank you Deborah, and stick with it; it's amazing how even someone like me (previously a hangry man!) can go for 18 hours without food. Your body gets used to it. I used to swear by Porridge but now eat a very healthy, savoury breakfast. Keep doing it till you realise you're in a good mood most of the time and have more energy!

Thanks Mike, 'easily pleased'? Now that's a fine quality that I aspire to!
I enjoy the extra bits with you talking about your lifestyle!😊
Thank you Jess, I appreciate that. I noticed that you didn't say you were rushing out to pick some Three-cornered Leeks 😅
Haha I can't be trusted to identify plants!

Thank you Alan, I'm so glad you made these comments.

That's good to know, so thank you Chris!
Breakfast and dining topics are a good addition to your channel..I think..🙂
Thank you Raimo, I won't make them regular!

Thanks Iain, you could skip breakfast instead (but no snacking!)?! That would work and you may be amazed like I am.
@@tonyhowellcouk I don't eat breakfast till 11am, usually cornflakes and some fruit in the afternoon. so not far off it.

Fantastic. Just going out for that beautiful beach and sunrise. Are you living on the south side of Cornwall?
Yes it was great Stig. I live in Truro, so central.
The “distant peninsula “ is Rame Head …
Thank you Frank, good to know.
I fast intermittently... in between meals and snacks
Excellent Ian, so glad to hear you don't believe these stupid RUclips videos!
I would get half way up those steps, then I would be crawling the rest of the way up.
They are tough John; but perhaps try the intermittent fasting I mention and they become much easier!
