Spot on. Narcisists don’t cook diners for their kids and neglect their health both physical and mental. Having a narcisistic parent who actually is you first and biggest bully is the biggest challenge one can have in life.

My X GF Covert Narcissist passive aggressive, had 3 young children. She owned her own businesses, and Would use this as an excuse to Neglect her children. Mommy was at work from 7am - 9pm 🤔...not actually working,but hiding out at work or Going out for Fun at 5pm. ALWAYs enough time for HERSELF, to do n go anywhere,but not enough time to Take care of her children,leaving that to her husband at the time or Her sisters. Her excuses..I'm at work🤔...Was she working...NO... avoiding her children... beyond sick
My covert narc ex wife left our Daughters and Me. Went out doing the bad things. That went on for years. When the youngest turned 18 I divorced her. I never involved the court. I just divorced her on that time came you see she knew I would take care of them. She knew no matter what I would never let anything happen to them. I have several other male friends that their wives did similar things to them, and they took care of their kids in an almost case they were daughters.
My mother was so proud of herself for how abusive she was. She would even find ways to humble- brag, than when people looked sideways at her, she would throw herself into a pitty-rage about how people were trying to challenge her parenting. My teachers knew and supported me where they could. They were my heroes ❤
it does not matter about "court orders".... all you will have is more court at huge expense .. this is after the huge expense already to have court orders.. & courts are not prejudice.. oh no .. completely legit?. yeah right . & do you think the narc wil be less vindictive or manipulative?... even if you "win"... it is a loss.. a complete waste of everyone's time.

At home NM was very physically verbally mentally abusive. When he was around NF too
