Your design is wonderful! Definitely NOT sloppy as some of the people here say. Your lines are very clean, no shakiness. For goodness sake, it's a 4 minute design. As someone who is just starting henna tattoo at a theme park, i'm training to finish designs under 5-10 minutes and I can't even get my lines to look that efficient. This video was inspiring to me, thank you for the information!
Some of these comments are so rude!! This video isn't for you to just " look at the design ", it's a video to help those who want to learn how to make designs or place them. If you don't like that the lovely and very talented Khadijah is speaking in the beginning, then simply skip to the henna and don't complain!! Appreciate the fact that she is explaining everything she's doing.
You make it look so simple.....that's a gift. I'm going to try this design. I love henna so much but I can't draw, but your video gives me hope. Shukraan!
The color of henna usually is more red toned in results. It's hard to control results as everyone's skin and chemistry also affect the results. Jamila can tend to push more browner tones but you'll have to play around with it a bit as well.
we live in the east and it's very hot here, not humid by a dry heat and i do tend to be very warm. i usually use mine when it has been frozen. i'll definitely try the proportions you have said and see if it works out! :)
I have never commented on a video before. You are the first video I have commented on khadija. That is how much your video has made a difference to me, especially your talking. :)
Play around with it by testing the paste out on yourself and other people to see the color results. Brown toned henna results are not by using a different liquid, as it won't make it less red. The brown or red tones will still be dark. I'd recommend then to see if it'll be more brown to use different EO's such as eucalyptus for a brown result with Jamila henna. But again you'll have to experiment and play around with the paste to test it out :)
There has to be places there that sells it as I know of several artists on certain islands. Which island are you on? We also do ship to the Carribean very often.
It's very rare to be allergic to natural organic henna paste. There are no other side effects that we no know except with the essential oils and other ingredients added to the recipe. Have you ever tried henna Paola?
Are you on the west coast or east coast? Humidity makes a difference. But for let's say 2 tbsp of henna powder you use only about 1 tsp EO and 1 tsp sugar. It shouldn't run. But if you're hand is also very hot, like you're warm in general....that would possibly make it run too. do you freeze yours or use fresh?
I just try not to add to much sugar or EO's. It's handmade so I have control on how my henna paste comes out. Why do you find yours runny? What happens?
i don't know why mine gets runny... i add sugar to it so that it is stringy and then i add lavender oil to enhance the stain. whenever i apply it onto my hand it sometimes slowly runs along my hand.. i may be using too much liquid :(
Is it true that black henna will give you scars of your design? Just wondering because i want one like that exactly but I did more research and I heard people have a real bad allergic reaction to black Henna.
Black henna can leave AWFUL scaring and marks on you, DONT USE IT! You can buy lots of henna that is a dark maroon colour which will look blackish, but if you ever see the henna being used on you coming out BLACK then wipe it of straight away! :)
Esmee Shure Yes this is true. Understandable they are rather long videos. It's an instructional workshop/class hence the longer length. We're completely re-doing our RUclips Channel. Stay tuned!
She is giving tips and advice for how to work a henna party, especially if you are just starting your business. I'm stating in the hena business the talking helped me lots.
The video starts at min 3:30. Thank you, looks awesome!
NGIE ALL DAY

Paola. I'm not sure if anyone is there specifically. But I'm 100% certain there must be. We do ship to PR very often as well.

I just try not to add to much sugar or EO's. It's handmade so I have control on how my henna paste comes out. Why do you find yours runny? What happens?

What kind of paper did you use? and what brand of mehndi?
Nice
good
Thanks!
More videos please
Could you use something like chocolate frosting to practice with. I would hate to waste henna paste to just practice on a piece of paper?
Why would u want to waste chocolate frosting?
Priyanka Shourie HAHA well its cheaper than Henna and it won't stain.
You could use lotion, like some cheap one and put it in a cone
i don't know why mine gets runny... i add sugar to it so that it is stringy and then i add lavender oil to enhance the stain. whenever i apply it onto my hand it sometimes slowly runs along my hand.. i may be using too much liquid :(
work as a henna shop or something like that
Thank you! Yes we already do and our shop is called Henna Sooq
love how u make them want u to do one for me pls
Is it true that black henna will give you scars of your design? Just wondering because i want one like that exactly but I did more research and I heard people have a real bad allergic reaction to black Henna.
Black henna us bad it contains a chemical they use for hair dye so it's harsh on the skin
Black henna can leave AWFUL scaring and marks on you, DONT USE IT! You can buy lots of henna that is a dark maroon colour which will look blackish, but if you ever see the henna being used on you coming out BLACK then wipe it of straight away! :)
Don't they have nails? Or is this meant for the palm?
+Kareena.xox Yes this is a palm design template :)

Thanks for your feedback. It's instructional. Hence the talking and length. We'll make shorter videos soon!
+Henna Sooq

U talk way too much just get on with it.
Don't want to be mean but u talk to much 😂😂
She is giving tips and advice for how to work a henna party, especially if you are just starting your business. I'm stating in the hena business the talking helped me lots.
