Hey now, I love my car! Buy certified used and save a bundle. Purchased in 2020 for $30k and my car is STILL valued at $30-31k. Yes inflation, but still!!!
Unfortunately, every car is like that now. My wife's Subaru Crosstrek was $23,500 new in Jan 2021. It's now valued at $27,500 with 25,000 miles. We want to go back to Infiniti when we pass the Subaru to our daughter, but nothing in the class if affordable right now.
Bought my Red Sport as a dealer demo for $41k, what a bargain. Runs 12s, 28mpg @ 80mph, 20 gallon tank, reliable, still on OEM brakes at 48k. Added Apple CarPlay so interior tech complaints are moot. It is not a track car, wish it had an LSD and the upcoming 9-speed should be great. The RCF is far less efficient and is also dated, Type S is much slower. That all said, the M340 would be the next level up.
There are better options out there for the price point. Nissan / Infiniti is always late in catching up with the times. The dash and infotainment needs an update. The key fob saw little to no changes over the years and does not feel premium.
