This game is the first one in the Medal of Honor series. The game was made by Dreamworks after 'Saving private Ryan' but I'd say that it doesn't try to be a realistic recreation of war like more modern titles and instead, this is more like an Indiana Jones adventure. ^^ The graphics, enemy IA and Michael Giacchino's music were the things that stood out when it came out.
The walkthrough consists on 3 videos with 2-3 missions, with some extra content in the end. The time frames put here will lead you directly to the beginning of the level, as I guessed that someone who uses them wouldn't want to see the long (and a bit boring) mission briefings.

Seems like yesterday. I remember how smooth the graphics seemed when this first came out, lol. Was my favorite WWII shooter.
Really? You did it in less than 4 hours. I took me almost a month when I was a kid. I couldn't understand English back then, so I used to be stuck on missions because I didn't know what to do hahah. Awesome video. Thank you.
You can just hear the terror in the voices of the German scientists as the V2 launches and falls into the facility.
This scene even scared ME when I first saw it.
They're screaming things like 'save your lives', 'cancel start' or 'we are as good as dead'. The last sentence is 'the american has won'

This game is much more better than Call Of Duty and you should know, my good friend the creator of this game is none other than Steven Spielberg
Medal Of Honor is always better
thw whole presentation, sound and ambience were outstanding and for me there is nothing comparable today. Ok Frontline of course did it pretty good on PS2 then. But the first 2 games were really something special at that time.
This game was so freakin amazing and I also enjoyed the ending for this game as well :D
I wasn't a fan of playing games on a PC, but this was so good that it didn't matter what I played it on.
20 years ago this was a popular game. Now look at it. It's like a ghost town.

Oh man how i love this game! MoH and MoH:Underground are for me the real Medal of Honor. And MoH was so freaking hard! But i still love it :D
This game really looked at some less well-known aspects of Nazi operations like the nuclear program and art theft.
totaly worth my 1:21:05 hours of my live trip to the past = awesome
Fuckin love the explosions in this game, especially that the grenades go off if they hit an enemy lmao
I was like 6,7 years old when i played this and i still beat it great times.. this half life 1 and metal gear solid,syphon filter and a bit later counter strike.. We gamers were spoiled brats back then.
Btw people bitching about his aim probably dont know he's playing with these old skool ps1 controllers without track pads.. its pretty hard
I remember how hard it was to aim in this game. The one flaw. Nevertheless, the music, how the AI responded to being hit, the roughness of the gun sounds.. they don't make 'em now like they did back then.

ahhh! that song in the nordhausen plant! it plays in medal of honor breakthrough during the glider landings in sicily when you regroup with airbourne units at the train tracks.

I thought some of the later missions were ridiculous. "Hey! Let's use a Panzerschreck...indoors!"
There was a line the Panzergrenadiers used in the old strategy game Company of Heroes 2 when it came to the Panzerschreck. "I KNOW you're not supposed to use a Panzerschreck indoors! Don't read the f*cking manual next time!" lol

27:36 - Where myself and I'm sure a lot of others suddenly died multiple times. The Panzerschreck round you didn't see coming until it was too late. At least he knew the guy was there and tried to kill him before he shot the rocket off.
I absolutely hated Mountain Pass and the mine. The demo squad, if they ever got a chance to shoot at you, never missed. Ever. And you always had to watch for soldiers sneaking up behind you. And they were pretty accurate, too. Several times I was shot first before I got a shot off. Also, a lot of people found out the hard way that if you so much as scratched one of the pieces of art, you automatically got a 1 star rating no matter how good you did. Nevertheless, this game still rocked back in the day. They just don't make them like this anymore.

is it running on emulator or real hardware. I finished it on ps1 and on last level it had so low fps somewhere between 10 to 20fps

The Salt Mine levels are as far as I ever made it. Can't stand enemies spawning behind me, much less when they got rocket launchers
Lol you know you've played this game too much when you notice the slight lag that tells you an enemy is nearby

So annoying when you die at the end of a mission and have to start all over again... But gotta give it to Patterson. How he manages to carry a bazooka and 30+ bazooka shells is to me a mystery.....
well, then here comes the kicker !!! All his history & files were made up. He was essembled out of dead GI bodyparts by a top-secret department of the army. a " GI Frankenstein Monster " so to speak with superhuman strenght and quick ability to heal ;-)

I don't think Patterson should've been sent on this mission. I mean, who cares if the art work is destroyed. War is war! And in war, you have to make sacrifices. It's not worth it to send a soldier to stick his neck out just for a piece of art. Just sayin.
