This game is the first one in the Medal of Honor series. The game was made by Dreamworks after 'Saving private Ryan' but I'd say that it doesn't try to be a realistic recreation of war like more modern titles and instead, this is more like an Indiana Jones adventure. ^^ The graphics, enemy IA and Michael Giacchino's music were the things that stood out when it came out.
The walkthrough consists on 3 videos with 2-3 missions, with some extra content in the end. The time frames put here will lead you directly to the beginning of the level, as I guessed that someone who uses them wouldn't want to see the long (and a bit boring) mission briefings.
Mission 1
Part 1: 04:58
Part 2: 14:11
Part 3: 25:18
Mission 2
Part 1: 38:03
Part 2: 42:40
Part 3: 47:18
Part 4: 59:00
Mission 3
Part 1: 01:06:15
Part 2: 01:16:36
Part 3: 01:27:15
Part 4: 01:39:43 -

This game has a legendary soundtrack.
Hands down best soundtrack second only to halo
Yeah;)
Mm
@@lorenzolucii7795 Michael Giacchino the man is pure genius.
Absolutely!!!!
The atmosphere in every element of this game is what elevates it to a status as one of the very best games on PS1, and one of the best WW2 games of all time.
The music of this game is epic
What a ps1 classic!!!The sounds,the musics,the ambiance,the action,everything in this game was so perfect!
This game is an absolute classic! I played every Medal of Honor on PS1 and i loved every one!
***** There were 2 Medal of Honor games for the PS1, Medal of Honor and Medal of Honor: Underground :) Amazing games, cannoot be beaten by today's shooters.
There were a lot of great games for PS1, Crash Bandicoot, Syphon Filter 2/3 (My favourites), Metal Gear Solid, Driver, Spider man, Crash Team Racing....
***** There's just 2 MOH games on PS1, this one and MOH: Underground
***** Trust me Underground is amazing. Enjoy!
AlexAFC Hey don't forget Spyro. That was another PS1 classic!
At 35 now, I can remember the original sonic games back in the early 90's. This, GTA, and Driver were some of my favourites around 2000.
Incredible game. One of the best console first person shooters I ever played. And that score by Michael Giacchino remains one of my all-time favourites.
Don't forget Steven Spielberg he created this game
The sound effects and music of this game is so nostalgic!
I was 16 when this game came out. Never gets old. True classic and taught me World War 2 history I never heard about at school. Thanks for sharing.
This blew my mind as a kid! My dad brought it home one day for himself back in 1999 when I was 7 years old and I would watch him kick ass at the game then I would try and get my ass kicked. I eventually beat the game by myself but that wasn't until I was 10 or so. Remember kids, without this you would have never had your Call of Duty and Battlefield games! It all boils down to this game.
I was gonna say COD Battlefield got inspired by this classic👍
What this dude said😂
Medal of honor and battlefield are both EA games. Call of duty is an other trash.
I have tears in my eyes 😢
I miss the good old days 🤦🏻♂️
It’s amazing how well the sounds hold up. Could be the best gun sounds in a game
True when I play it at my motel I need to turn it down in case guests think real shots are being fired lol
The game that started it all. I remember 14 years ago before I got PS2 and played Frontline onward in 2002, I remember my Dad played this game and soon as I saw this, I absolutely got hooked on this franchise and it also introduced me to EA as a game publisher as a whole. Since then, my love for video games (age 10 onward) was then getting ready to be taken to the next level. Good times. Better than these.
the music and loud guns still kick ass to this day
I think it was the in-game ambient sounds and guns that got me back in the day. Masterpiece!
6:51 - 7:01 (I love when this part of the soundtrack plays during the game. Outstanding short piece of music!)
Good times.
The production of this game was incredible. The audio and music really created atmosphere like I had never experienced before in a game. good times...
I bought this for my dad and he is playing it on our ps3. The game seems to struggle to load an area in one of the levels and because of this we can't progress. Has anyone else had this problem?
U used dsu fuck me
I had this problem in level 2 of mission 2.....i restart the campaign and the bug has never appeared on this spot ^^
Well I've also encountered this problems many times in all levels coz there seems to be a problem with the PS3 and Medal of Honor ps1 games. If you listen carefully at the start of each level if you hear a gun shot sound and the music with go mute if that happens then a level glitch has happened and you won't be able to finish it. All you need to do is restarted the level and if no sound happens and the music kicks in that means it's okay go go ahead and kill some nazis hope this helps.
Did you fix the problem? Your dad finish the game?
@@robertocinza1133 Fr 😂
Damn...the music still gives me chills. Love this game.
38:32 one of my favorite themes ever,i never cease to play it in my mind almost every week
I seen this game back in December of 1999 when my brother spent the Christmas holidays.
Wyatt Goulet
I have the same situation
Hi wellcome

40:38 made me bust out laughing
"Sorry sir, have a good night."
BOOM HEADSHOT
Ah, childhood.
I used to play this epic game on my PS1 when it came out... Now I wanted to play it again and so I bought it again on eBay and today I have beated it for the first time! It was very satisfying as it is so valid after so many years and the gameplay as well as the storyline, not to mention the wonderful soundtrack, have aged so well after almost 20 years!!! I will always love this game. It is just a classic without time! They should definitely make a remaster!!!
One of the best PSX games I've ever played, this gameplay bring me back lots of memories.
"Sir I need to see some identification?" *pistol bullet to face* "does that clarify everything for you?"
Anyone who wants to know what the soldier says in this minute 15:18 ...
He says : do hast meine kamerad getötet !
You killed my mate
Pure nostalgia! I was so addicted to this game
This game looks so impressive. The atmosphere is like nothing we can play today. And the gunplay was so unique, fitting limitations of fps controls on pre-halo consoles and fitting the theme with its slow and methodical pace.
Fantastic game!
This game is amazing! The voices of german soldiers are fantastic
Boy this brings back memories. First PS1 game I ever played; my older neighbor got a Playstation, and he always wanted me to come over and hang out, which usually involved me watching him playing this game, which was the first one he got; since we were both into WWII, it was a logical choice. It was fun; I got to be his "navigator" and help him not get lost, and we'd talk about stuff, and he'd give me alcohol. Those were the good old days. And when he was off at work, I got to play myself, once I got the hang of it. Played all the way through the game twice at least, and then he got MOH: Underground when it came out too. Haven't seen him for ten year now, at least. Funny how things change.
Wow what nostalgic. One of my favourite game ever
These longplays make me so nostalgic!!! I had great games to play during the my childhood, damn. This time won't come back ... I wish it would
oh the nostalgia
Tell me about it
fuck yeas
xxAnaconta ikr i miss this game so much
Game really had that WW2 mood. I guess this is why i still romanticize WW2. :D
Frontline had a remaster on PS3 a few years ago 8)
This game is much more interesting and atmospheric than call of duty ww2, this once again proves that the graphics are not the main thing. Greetings from Ukraine ✌
Well now I understand why Germany lost the war - not only could their soldiers not hear the report of a rifle 20 feet away, but couldn't even sense the concussion and flash. Doomed from the start.
It gets worse.... 40:40 as the sentry politely asks for identification from a guy whose coming under automatic fire, with rounds flying overhead.
MEDAL OF HONOR was literally the first game I ever touched when I was a kid.
music and sound fx made 80% of this game.
Still a better game than Call Of Duty. I would love to see today's gamers play this.
^Yes, unfortunately
+Jack Jenkins wanna know something funny? The guys who did call of duty were the lead developers for medal of honor allied assault. Make no mistake though call of duty and its expansion back united offensive were BRILLIANT. Call of duty 2 wasn't as good due to how everything had to be dumbed down due to them releasing it for console. COD4 and MW2, even though modern warfare shooters they were action packed. After that it all went to hell.
This was harder then it looks. It has been a while but the last time I tried to play it I had to re-adjust to the movement and aiming since I was used to modern shooters. I grew up with this game and forgot just how different the interface was on these older ps1 era shooters.
Serj Trollkian yes rock on dude
Serj Trollkian yeah! Call of duty is not best copy of medal of honor.
Nice nostalgic travel. The best first person shooter i've ever played.
"You soldier are apart of this great crusade, are you ready to rise above and beyond The call of duty" lol love that line poor cod
Rob Tessari And that why Medal of Honor will always be better. It's in the very definition.
Well , moh died in 2012 . And now call of duty is about to rise above and beyond battlefield .
MoH died after european assault
The sounds in the sewer are truly awesome.
Anyone in 2020? However, my 6 year old me is so grateful with my father to buy me this epic classic game by the time. Amazing memories.
This Game has unbelievable much Flair....good memories
Dexter Morgan982 Best ps1 game
Probably the best game I've seen
Kriegsmarine: "Sir, I need to see some identification?"
Patterson: *BANG!*
MoH 1 in a nutshell
Damn I miss this game, so many memories with old friends playing this.
Before Call of Duty, there was Medal of Honor.
Played this game an obscene amount when I was younger. That Rail Canyon mission with Greta...damn, the nostalgia. It's been absolutely ages since I played MoH but watching this video makes me feel like I was only playing this yesterday. Happy memories, simpler times.
I loved this during the day ALARM !!
Le Tigidou intruder
this game is what started my obsession with history
This need a remaster
+erik patterson YES its need a remasterd
and Call of duty.
oh my god a spot! (wipes) okay its gone
This is good as now!
good as new i'm assuming?
It was 2008, I was 8 years old and I received a playstation 1 from an uncle for christmas, it was a handmedown and it was battered but dammit it worked. This was one of the few games I had, so I popped it in, and I remember playing the first five levels over and over again before I got a memory card for it. Memories. Shooting Nazi's in the balls.
I still have this game. it's a pity I can't get it to work. back when games were fun.
I have PS1, my father bought in 2005 for my birthday and still working. This game is my all time favourite

bons tempos acordava cedo pra jogar e zerar amava zerar ele ! minha infancia toda
Bons tempos

Que medal of honor é esse ?

Tus videos son lo mejor
Aunque borras algunos
I'm remeber staying up so late playing this game everytime I went to my dads...brings back real good times
good times, i miss my psx

Ahh... memories...
Thumbs up if you cri evritim.
"Alaaaaam!"
Good memories.
Levtones Alarm
Hahahahaha!
This game is beyond the shadow of the doubt the best game ever I played it many times did you know that OSS does existed long time ago since the former U.S. President Franklin D Roosevelt era? Now the OSS is dissolved by President Harry Truman and Change it to the CIA
4-Characters of the MOH games joins The OSS Agency:
1- James Patterson (( Medal Of Honor ((Original)), Medal Of Honor: Underground & Medal Of Honor: Frontline))
2- Manon Batiste AKA Manon Du Champs (( Medal Of Honor: Underground and Medal Of Honor: European Assault))
3- Joseph Griffin (( Medal Of Honor: Rising Sun))
4- William Holt (( Medal Of Honor: European Assault))
alaaaammmmm or alarmmm? 😂
Thanks for this. My favorite game of all time. I'd play even with those graphics
Sound system is fantastic!
this was the first game when the "shock" controller was really utilized I thought. When you took a bullet was well...amazing. I felt like I was almost shot lol!
this game might be a bit outdated i terms of graphic but i easily prefer this game over all modern warfare and battlefield games.
Gaming Git There is a hit indicator but i think most people don't know it, its on the compass
Um, there is a hit indicator, on the compass, lol.
Dan Velman 🤣
Pure nostaliga. One of the first PSX games i played and i believe it's what sparked my interest in WW2 history. Also completely forgot how epic the gun sounds were for it's time. Weapons actually feel like they have a lot of punch instead of the ratatatatatat-popguns we get a lot nowadays .
Without this game in the first place, there'll be no CoD and other war games. Except the futuristic
I love the way when the guards realise something is wrong he just stops, shouts *alarm*
Call of duty has Captain Price, but Medal of Honor has Jimmy Patterson!
Medal of honor former members has created the Call of duty crew studio...;-).
Khrist75 Those guy's did the Allied Assault Series but I don't they did the Original PS1 games. Because the Original was by Dreamworks & Steven Spielberg.
Jimmy Patterson > Simon Riley Ghost.
@@Mr.Atari2600 that's right Steven Spielberg is a genius he created only 3 medal of honor games

98-03 = Golden Era of Gaming.
04 - Present Day = Dark Age of Gaming.
Dreamcast did it first in 1999
That's right bro
You darn right.
Everything was legendary in this game ! So atmospheric, so real ! I was 11 yo back then
Once I eliminated all of the threats, I liked to walk around a little before I went to the next levels
First shooting game i've ever played and still remember it. the nostalgia...
Was I’m the only who was scared of this game when I was a kid😂😂💯
I guess that, The music is so creep..
I have a history with Medal Of Honor series and this game is one of them
thats beautiful game
My first game and I love it so much, I remember as a kid it blew my mind taking a front row seat to a real war. It taught me about WW2 and I remember I would sit for hours just shooting the guns because they felt so satisfying and it was like being able to use an ancient piece of technology (Ancient to my little 5 year old brain at least)
I still have this old ps1 game, a bit choppy in the cinematic but wonderful all the same
Thank you so much for this😁 Darn good post and much respect to the player👍
it was always hilarious to kill an enemy as they still fire their weapon and kill the person next to them, though they only did it when they had machine guns
I had a PS1 at university but we had a hi spec PC at home. PC FPSs were much more advanced by this stage but this game had such awesome atmosphere and this was at a time when WWII movies were big box office. Allied Assault on the PC was the successor to this and was the greatest WWII shooter ever made.
What a great game this was, the split screen mode was hella fun too :D
Mango Boy // Kurt i always wanted to be the german
so many good memorys were spent in this game this is my first game played no doubt about it!

IT'S JIMMY PATTERSON!

Better than any movie out there at present.
rise Above and beyond the call of duty......yea that's not exactly what happened.....
Anarchy Empire As far as I know people who made Call of Duty 1 were the same people who were part of the team of Medal of Honor, if that's true we can say that Medal of Honor beat itself :D
The first Call of Duty was made by the same people as Medal of Honor Allied Assault.
The sound design and sound effects are amazing. Especially for its time. I also read that at the last minute they removed the blood and gore effects due to the Columbine High School shooting.
I just spent $89.00 to buy a used PS 2 and the whole series of M.O.H. on P.S. 1 and 2... On Amazon just to re-live the Glory Day's of this Amazing game. Money well spent! I got the console, joy stick, memory card and all of the M.O.H. games for the same price as A single P.S. 4 game. When it first came out, I would do a line or 3 of Coke, smoke a few Joint's with a case of beer and play for18 hrs strait on a 21 inch tv! My girlfriend would go nut's! I wonder if it will be the same now without the dope? LOL? P.S. She's now my Wife.. Is she gonna be pissed when she finds me in the Kid's play room Shootin Nazi's with my 8 yrld Son on a 70 inch HD flat screen?? LMFAO.......
Lmao...I damn near could've wrote this, verbatim
the first, and only Medal of Honor game I've ever played, I would totally play it again
Is this game ported to PC?
No PC, but you can download the PlayStation Emulator and play. Very easy.
Toy Bonnie If you want to, I could upload my Emulator and MOH files to mediafire or something like that for you to download it, with this, you don't have to configure anything, just play. I could send the mediafire link to you via e-mail. Let me know.
Got it. You can delete it now.
Toy Bonnie No worries. I still have to upload it and send it to you.
