Music video by Hanson performing Where's The Love. (C) 1997 The Island Def Jam Music Group - Видеоклипы
No drugs, no sex and no violence just music! I was 12 when they started to sing and now i'll soon turn 37 and still loving their music
Yes Karine you are right. I like how each of the guys has their own vocal part of this song. Tyler is lead for sure... Zach has the treble range high pitch .You can definitely hear the differences between all of them .However all of the guys singing together with incredible blends of voices & harmony's is GREAT!
I don't think people realize how talented they were as kids. They wrote songs, played their own instruments, even produced iirc. There are top acts all through Hollywood... grown adults in their 50s and 60s... that have never and could never do that. Much under-appreciated.
I was quite a bit older than 12 and still liked them immediately ha. This song would be popular in a nursing home. It’s timeless.
me too. I will be 37 in December. Mainstream music has changed a lot since we were kids.
You right, they are Amazing and I always love them
These guys never got the respect they deserved. They wrote their own music, played instruments & rocked it. I will FOREVER love these 3 ❤❤
Likewise.
Yes!! I was a huge fan! Saw them 2x back in the day lol
Weren't they like the biggest band in the world for a while? Pretty sure they got plenty of respect (and money).
@bbarone absolutely they were but I promise you that bsb and nsync were more popular at least for the people I ever encountered lol
How spot on is this in 2024??? Where’s the love?!?!?!
I'm 72. I've always liked Hanson.
They play great music! 👍😃
you will live forever dude
😊😊😊😊😊😊
you are the best
Looking back on this band compared to music today, they didn't get enough credit. Writing their own music, playing their own instruments, and singing. Performing all over the world as teenagers! Their talent was underrated. Maybe not everyone's favorite style of music, but you don't see this kind of music group anymore.
Absolutely agree
Beautifully well said 👍👍 100 % True
They're amazing! You have the true!
Ikr their lyrics are so spot on
not only that... they were kids, playing instruments, writing songs.... producing....
Who’s still loving Hanson in 2020!!??#HansonFanSince97 ❤️❤️❤️
I do! And I will love them in 2070 if I still here. #fansonsince97
33 years old still dont care 💞
Mamma mia quanti anni sono passati dal loro primo singolo
Been loving them since 1997! And now I'm 35.😉😁❤️ Much Love from Davao City, Philippines!🇵🇭
46 years old and still love Hanson
They had the perfect mix of voices: adult, teenager and kid 💕 It went together so perfectly.
Like Jackson 5 basically😂
Still blows my mind how young they were. Their talent blossomed at such a young age that their songwriting skills were at boss level when the youngest was only 6 yo. And they are ancient veterans by their earlier 30s. Been there, done that. But most impressively, they are so comfortable in their own skin. And if family is the measure of a man then these guys have conquered all aspects of life. Standing ovation.
At 6? Lol 😂😕

Totally with you on that! 🙏🏻💫
Hanson. Love. You. And. No. Yes
I feel like texting my mum right now and telling her thank you for making me alive into the 90s generation.
Leanashe23 me too
Wow sad
Lol I can feel you.
Leanashe23 I was 13 the first time that listened them! Am 33 it was the best time! 😔
"Making me alive" lol
Hanson isn't and never were a boy band. They've been writing and playing their own music for 30 years. Their a Cappella songs are amazing.
The world needs this song now more than ever.
Es verdad
I'm turning 32 and I'm still listening to this beautiful song...this reminds me 1997.. what a great season...
I'm 40 this year.. I miss those times
100% agreed. I'm 35 and 97' was the best year. My nana bought me their tape for my Walkman and giggled her head off when I would dance and sing
I will admit when I was younger I was in a punk phase so I didn't care for Hanson then. Now I feel I can appreciate them. They are still together, still positive, make their own music, and don't care what the media or anyone says about them. They seem to be laughing along with those that even make fun of them. I think this band stays around. I feel at least this band has a good influence in the world.
same here. I disliked them back then...and now I think they're much cooler than the band I used to like
its cool to read such words from punk.
Always knew, that Hanson the COOLEST!@
They will always be together they r brother's
Same here
Catchy song that makes you feel good. Listen to this and you’re in a good mood 😊👍🏻
Still live it in 2024. Never gets old 😊
I’m 43, I never listened to Hanson when they first came out, but as music has evolved and changed I’ve come to respect and appreciate them. They are talented and underrated.
#2024
I go on a Hanson youtube marathon once a month or so, and always find myself surprised at the raw shallowness of the comments. These three young brothers put their heart and soul into their music (which they wrote and played themselves) and continue to do so to this day. They've never cared about popularity or image rather than music, and that's why they went indie, which is the best decision they could have made, if you ask me. You go, Hanson. I'm so proud of you. That's all.
Its really TRUE!@ Agree on 100%! That is why Hanson very original and awesome! They deserve more attention and respect, as for me!? Why people don't realize it? Today's popular music is very simple and poor, awful sometimes:(
I like to rock a bit with these guys!
I love Hanson and the one I like the little one
MandStephany exactly
I was in my 20's. Now I'm in my 40's and i just think, if they'd been my boys, I'd be so proud of them. Their music is always cute and catchy. If you can honestly listen to this song without at least wiggling in your seat like a puppy then I feel sorry for those people
How can the whole family be that talented unbelievable
There are 7 of them.
They're parents have 7 kids... 😂😂
I’m 13 and I have 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
I’m the oldest.
Brinkster 05 My parents crazy having 8 kids, but I heard IRISH Familys are supposed to have lots of kids. Both Mom & Dad had IRISH names. JAMES PATRICK O'GRADY don't get more IRISH than that. In IRELAND JAMES is pronounced SHAMUS. ERIN GO BRAGH means IRELAND FOREVER
james ogrady
My mom has 3 brother and 3 sisters.
So I have 3+ uncles and 3+ aunts.
Pretty crazy huh?
I have 2 younger brothers , just like them and im the oldest 🤣
My obsession with Hanson as a kid was insane 😂 I lived and breathed Hanson, I wish I still had all the merch, and had boxes and boxes filled with everything they ever came out with 😂 back when I was innocent ❤
2:24 That powerful guitar solo, is better than 90% of today music
Agreed! That's my fav part of the song actually 👍
Implacable
This group is stable, with families, no drugs and pure talent...kudos!
I am a 57 year old man and I want to so badly see Hanson live in concert. They are amazing.
I'm 63 but I don't care what anyone else thinks. I think that you guys are so cool. Where's the love these days. Too much hate and spite. Peace and love to all Stephen. G
Probably one of the few songs I'd play on repeat in the 90s.
We were REALLY spoiled back at the day: this was considered "commercial trash". If Hanson were a modern band, they'll be considered "wunderkinds" like Lorde or Echosmith.
And it's really ironic that so many people seemed to think of them as the "commercial trash" of the time, when in fact they were always, from the very beginning, THE most straight up legit thing to come out of late '90s pop!
These kids were writing their own songs and playing their own instruments from when they were around *8, 11, and 13 years old*! (Technically they started performing when they were even a couple years younger than that, but I think before that they were so young they mostly just sang covers and harmonized together). And not only were they creating their own music, but it was GOOD even then- sure, the lyrics weren't necessarily the most "grown up" because they weren't written by grown ups, but for such young kids their songs- including this one- were very thoughtful and real. People make fun of mmmbop because of the funny title, but when you actually read the lyrics, it's young kids writing about how there are a lot of relationships and occurrences in life that don't truly matter in the end, and how part of the human condition is learning to sift through all of them to find the ones that do matter and hang on to them. That's very mature stuff coming from an 11 year old.
So yeah... just.. it bothers me so much not that Hanson isn't really in the mainstream awareness anymore (as long as they're successful enough to keep making the music they love making that's all that matters), but that to this day when I mention to people that Hanson is my favorite band I have to resign myself to the fact that they'll laugh it off just for lack of knowing how legit they have ALWAYS been, even from the mmmbop/Middle of Nowhere days!
Ashley Wool This is very true. I was always out in the open with my Hanson appreciation, but when men actually listen to them, they like the music these days. I saw them in Stamford CT at a city event, and all the frat bros were into it.
I think their we being marketed as another bubblegum pop boy group (like the Jonas brothers would later become) but they wrote their own songs and they were pretty ahead of their time.
@@BlueJWay999 in fact, their music was pretty good for their age. Well written, well played.
They wrote their music and played their instruments they were talented but written off because they were the “next heart throbs” so they couldn’t be taken seriously
I can really see that these kids poured their everything into these songs, and on top of that they're very talented. I mean that guitar solo alone drives me wild
I am 52. I was there at the beginning listening, singing and dancing to their songs. They were great then and still are. Upright folks.
Been listening to Hanson since Middle of Nowhere came out, I was 2nd grade. This has been my theme song my entire life
What a pretty breathtaking woman ,hello my darling
You must be 37 or 38?
I have a masters degree in music performance. That said, these guys crush it. I'm Hanson for life. I've loved these guys for about 20 years. Keep doing what you're doing. You're beautiful.
I'm a singer/songwriter myself. I write my own music. Then, I record it. Been doing that for 10 yrs. Hanson, on the other hand, I think they write there own songs, too.
Their songwriting catalog is impressive since their hit Mmmbop. One song they wrote for their debut album called "With You in Your Dreams" is beautiful. Not many kids in that age group have a mature outlook on life.
This song is like 22 years old and it still resonates with today’s social climate.
I was 27 when this album came out and I don't regret buying it. I was a child of the 80's and grew up on hair metal like Motley Crue, Ratt, and Def Leppard. The grunge scene didn't appeal to me at all because I always thought music should lift you up out of the doldrums and make you happy after a stressful day at school or work, but grunge just made you feel more depressed. So when the video for "MmmBop" was all over MTV, I just had to buy this album and enjoy these kids smiling while playing music! It turns out that a lot of other people were like me and preferred music to be fun again, which is why the 90's ended with a lot of popular teen acts like Britney Spears, Aguilera, and Backstreet Boys.
Im 116 year old, black, transgender, non binary and im still rockn to Hanson
One hundred sex teen?
"Where's The Love" (lyrics)
Something has been going on and I don't know what it is
You don't mind the taking girl, but you don't know how to give
You drove me crazy but I don't know baby
You're thinking that it's me you're fooling
Where's the right in, all of our fighting?
Look at what you're doing
Where's the love
It's not enough
It makes the world go 'round and 'round and...
Where's the love
Give it up
It makes the world go 'round and 'round and 'round
Can you tell me what you see whenever you look around?
We're tripping all over ourselves and pulling each other down
We're separating, consciousness is fading
Are you thinking that it's me you're fooling?
Where's the right in, all of our fighting?
Look at, look at, look at what we're doing
[Repeat Chorus]
Dark clouds all around, lightning, rain pouring down
Waiting for the bright light to break through
Face down on the ground
Pick us up at the lost and found
We've got to change our point of view, if we want the sky blue
We're segregating, consciences are fading
You're thinking that it's me you're fooling
Where's the right in, all of our fighting
Look at what we're doing
[Repeat Chorus]
Won't you, won't you give it up
Héroe sin capa!! Justo lo que estaba buscando! Tks
For teenagers growing up in the 90s, they really had their shit together. *starts slow clap*
sylviecocoaface
I was born in 20s but I've grown to love the 90s. Till' now even my younger brother but abit opposite. Lmao
Wow, you're a slow clap guy? miss you guys, you're the best. Always join in, epic.

Been loving them since they debuted in 1997. Seen them thrice and will always come see a show if they’re in town. They were so massive in the beginning but they didn’t want to be slaves to the corrupt music industry, so they went indie. Still making good music til this day with a solid core of fans. Music is all they care about.
Omg I wish there was a repeat button in the 90s!!! I remember the days when I have to wait every hour to see this again and again on MTV! Kids growing up with RUclips these days are so lucky!!!
Lol same. We would wait for hours just to see a specific clip 😂😂

Did they write this song? It has a lot of depth for kids. They are 100 percent and bring the house down. There is an introduction, progression up from one verse to the next, and a great guitar interlude. Not the average boy band.
Uncle Emanuel
Hanson always wrote and write own songs and music. Now they have own record company and are producers at the same time@
+євгенія щеснюк . And their own bar called MMMBOP! am I right? I wanna go get a drink. where is it? lol 😆

I don't know about " bar", but they have own beer.

Can’t believe after not hearing this for years I still know the words
What a pretty breathatking woman ,hello my Beauty ?
Whether you like their music or their early presentation or not they were always real musicians.
Watching this video brought me some nostalgy. I still can remember back in 1997 when I loved the sound of Hanson. The secret of their success was the fact that they were very original and talented. I had never seen something like Hanson before. And they had a 60's vibe, which I found very cool and interesting. Sad that we don't listen this kind of music on the radio anymore. I miss those times.
AGREE with every words:) Original group, with own position on music:) No one band or group can"t sing like Hanson - THEY ARE NO ORDINARY! Write own music and lyrics, playing on many instruments - everyone of them. Is it not enough? Hate todays stupid music. It is so stupid. They have new album. Cool as always:)
i remember listening this and other 90s songs with my cousins,,childhood,,when everything was perfect and life just didnt have troubles. oh i miss 90s too!

I did the same:) Music off the 90"s - its music off my school years... Today's music is too simple and not so deep as for me. HANSON are COOL and SPECIAL... My favourite@
aura Lane Yep!! The good ole days..
AGREE ON 100% No one group then and now can"t be like HANSON! Very talented guys, true musicians with own opinion on music. Deep lyrics and interesting music, as for me. Mixes country, rock, pop and others styles. ADORE@
Everything about this masterpiece is classic 💥
These three brothers were so talented and good, I was dumb enough not to give them the credit they deserved back in the early 2000s
Their first album was the first cd I ever bought with my own money. It holds a special place in my heart❤️

Me too! Music was the best then
Almost anything the 90s spawned was 🔥🔥🔥🔥...from music, tv, to fashion. The best and im glad i lived it but disappointed i took it for granted

Taylor MUST give lesson about how to achieve his singing tone! Sheesh, it's so awesome to listen. Soul exploding!

This band is so good they deserve more credit
They still rockin' it after all these years. Not just a short lived bubble gum band. Professional and talented musicians. I absolutely love the more recent "String Theory" Album.
This song is prophetic and no-one even realizes it. Really look at what they are saying lyrically.
I really agree with you.
This band was my very first introduction to music. Nevermind the MJ and Janet Jackson that was on constant play due to dad being a big fan of theirs. And my older sister with R&B and grunge vibes. Hanson and the later boy bands where my jam back in the mid to late 90s. Had posters all over my walls of my bedroom. I had a big poster near my bed and the mouth part of Taylor was smearing away, because I would kiss it every night before I went to bed.
By far their best song, imo. I think it hit number one on every chart except in the United States, where it topped off at number four.
Actually, it reached #27 in the United States. But it’s _my_ favorite song from them as well.
@@COMPFUNK2 Wow, I heard four from some I guess unofficial source that was talking about how it was more popular overseas than here. Twenty-seven is an insult if that’s true ha. Glad you see its true genius, tho!

They literally came out in the wrong period. This family is so stinking talented. It’s unbelievable really. I love Hanson I’m always going to love them. If they came out today, they would end up being probably like the Allman Brothers. 💗

I'm 60 and I still love their music. It was some of the best from that era. Nothing will compare to the 70's and 80's, but the 90's are still so much better than most of the shit these days.
Oh, the days of watching music videos on 4:3 TV screens....And then recording them on VHS tapes to play over and over and over again. I remember seeing this on MuchMusic's Combat Des Clips for a few weeks when it was new. Pretty sure it was the first time I really liked a music video.
Kind of hard to deny brilliant song writing
Still one of my favorite bands to this day.
I saw Hanson in concert last year. Such an amazing band. Definitely underrated.
When Taylor burst out omg. Talented Is beyond words for these men.
What an amazing song. Wrote by Hanson. It's beautiful!
Omg. I am 14 and reading the comments. I can’t believe this was once considered bad. All of there songs sound so good to me so far.
@@ItalianStallion1029 Well I can't say my generation isn't fucked up but I also can't say I agree that we have a bad taste in music. I mean some of us do but not all of us. There are some really good hidden artists. For example, Beabadoobee. She is very underrated but her music is very good and also new. My personal favorite is called Together.
Here a cookie 🍪
I mean, it wasn't considered bad by everyone since they obviously had a lot of fans and were very popular, but yeah, it definitely wasn't considered cool to be a Hanson fan.
