This intriguing video serves as a poignant reminder of the heartache I've been enduring since my 7-year relationship came to an end 3 months ago. My cherished partner, the love of my life, made the difficult decision to part ways, leaving me consumed by thoughts of him. Despite my earnest attempts to win him back, I find myself facing frustration and an overwhelming sense of emptiness, unable to envision a life without his presence. Despite my efforts to move on, I'm compelled to confess my lingering feelings and longing for him here.
The process of releasing a loved one can be an uphill battle. I can relate, having navigated a similar journey when my 8-year relationship dissolved. Despite the heartache, I refused to relinquish hope and embarked on a quest to win her back. Turning to a spiritual counselor for assistance, I found guidance that ultimately led to our reconciliation.
Love that you opened with your Top 5 Dunk Contests! I would actually rank 2003 above 2000, but only because of how it ended with a duel between the last 2 contest winners, and J-Rich’s “walk off” was a dunk we had never seen before. I would also add 1987 to the Honorable Mention-again, for its final duel between MJ and the late great Jerome Kersey, as well as the iconic “Statue Of Liberty” dunk by Terence Stansbury, which has never been duplicated since. (Blake’s 2-handed rendition came very close in 2011)
Thanks for doing it for the fans. My daughter and I and the hubby tune in to your show frequently. Go Knicks. I'm a Knicks fan since 93. My daughter was born a Knicks fan lol. So your show is an highlight for us
You really know NBA Jonny! More than anyone I know and I’m 65 already. You are as objective as possible, backing everything with facts and figures. Kudos!
One thing I loved about some of the old dunk contests of the early 2000's was that they would do their awesome moves and then SLAM the ball down the hoop with force
🗣️💯 I felt he was more robbed in 2020, but I understand the case for 2016 too. At minimum, his final “double double” dunk in double-OT should have been a 50, so that he and LaVine would have ended in a tie.
D-Wade was the judge in 2020 who prevented AG from winning, but Derrick Jones jr. of the Heat was in the contest, so D-Wade was forced to make sure the Heat player won the contest over AG. I blame the organizers more that year.
@@penkima4923 Shaq was actually a fair judge that contest, only giving a 10 to the dunks completed on first try. Off memory, it was actually Dikembe, T-Mac, and a third judge who gave 9s to AG’s double-double dunk, opening the door for LaVine to walk it off with his near the FT line Eastbay.
Man I ain't gonna argue withe top 3 dunk contest I think you nailed it. I like 86, 91, and a sleeper dunk contest is 95, dud Harrell Miner had some dirty and I mean dirty reverses. LBJs dunk on Nurkic and Ants were thrunks, different category. Kobe on Dwight Howard, MJ on Wingate, Sikely, Mourning, Nance. Dominique on Bird, Parish. Gerald Wallace of that one leg. Robert Pack pick one! Kevin Johnson on Hakeem. Dr J on Bill Walton RIP. Well my mind went blank like you said there are so many.
Not yet! Its coming this offseason though. My editor just upgraded to a PS5, which we wanted to get done before the simulation. I'm very much looking forward to how this all plays out.
So the top 10 dunks are just NBA games right? Because the ultimate dunk I have ever seen was Vince Carter in the Olympics literally jumping over the defender
Aaron Gordon was robbed. On your top in-game dunks, Jordan's dunk on Ewing after getting out of that Starks Oakley double in the corner is hands down #1.
@penkima4923 It’s funny how Shaq can be so petty and egotistically sensitive/ insecure yet is also pretty well-known to be extremely kind to fans, and especially kids and disadvantaged people in general (unless I’m just succumbing to careful promotional hype lore, but I think it seems fairly legitimate that Shaq will very often basically randomly buy very expensive things for kids and other strangers in need, something I’ve never heard of for example MJ doing and frankly doesn’t seem like it d be something compatible with MJ’s nature to do, maybe he does but is quiet about it, I kinda doubt it strongly though, he just seems like a “they need to learn they have to earn it” kind of mindset dude lol, and as for LeBron he seems like he might do it or might’ve when he was younger but I’ve heard he’s an arrogant dismissive dickhead towards fans nowadays and has been for a while. Anyway, Steph Curry is another example of a dude who’s good to kids and fans, and on top of it he’s not petty or sensitive/insecure for the most part and especially not for an elite professional athlete NBA player lol I’m just thinking of the Tweet about his wife’s cookbook where it seemed haters had gotten to him and trolled him into reacting to it defensively but now that I think about it, it may have been that his wife kinda egged him into doing it lol so you could say he’s a cuck beta for that but that’d be obviously extreme and stupid lol he’s just a married dude who knows on certain relatively small things like this it’s better to just choose your battles wisely and do what she wants lol I’m guessing that’s what it was, and/or he saw his wife getting upset by the mocking/hate towards her/her cookbook by brutal anonymous ppl on social media (it’s well known social media targeting can cause folks serious psych/emotional issues, so some relatively small issues like this are no surprise) and thought maybe he could use his cache to defend her against them and make her feel better and promote the cookbook in the process, again as a dude who loves his wife, dislikes social media bullies, and also know to choose battles wisely, though I will say it was the only semi-cringey thing I can recall Steph doing publicly, and maybe more importantly I don’t remember ever looking into whether the cookbook was dogshit or not like some people had apparently said.
J.J. Hickson's dunk on DeAndre Jordan should be on the list, LBJ on Duncan,Kobe's two handed leaning dunk vs Spurs, Drexler on Cartwright, Larry Nance on Kareem
13:08 that goofy, but memorable dance move is called the cabbage patch..lol. @ Andy Hoops. HE dunked over him and does the cabbage patch is better verbiage.
1:21:11 that's odd even for in the day lol. I was lucky ig my maternal grandmother was as big an MJ and Bulls fan as I was. I remember calling her (I was twelve) when the Bulls finally got their first title against Magic and the Lakers. Honestly one of my fonder memories.
There’s no way the Perkins you showed is the same Perkins I see today. How TF did dude get so fat _so fast?_ I’ve seen all-Star vets pack on weight like Shaq and Charles but not like that. It also took Shaq and Charles decades to pack on weight and they don’t even look bad at all. They just look like big guys who have put on some pounds over the years. For Perkins, it’s a different story. Dude went from a frightening and powerful athletic machine to Sherman Klump.
Dope content very interesting narratives also. Sports are subjective so no one persons Perspective is 100 percent the Only way to see it and I respect that you aknowledge it now with that being sad Its weird how people overlook the contributions From Orlando Woolridge on that bulls 1984/ 85 season 22.9 ppg on .544 fg percentage and also that 85/86 20.7 ppg 5 Reb and 3 ast. he might not have all star attatched to his Name but he Was some Major help to Michael Jordan.
Mj had that big game against the Knicks but if you watched him after her came back, he was shooting worse than he did when he played with the wizards. The following season he went back to his regular season average.
Thank you letting people know that H. Grant being missing from that 94/95 roster was key to the bull loosing and having issues, The bulls had no adquate replacement for what H.Grant brought to the team Corie Blunt , Greg Foster, Larry Krystkowiak and DIcky Simpson were def not the answer at PF

Here's MY issue with most if NOT ALL clownish comments and annoys me to the point that I don't subscribe to ANY podcast or channel. Why can't fans simply "state" what you like....by process of elimination, what you DON'T like is right there, making the negative and the hate, moot. Say and ID what you like, then move on. I guess that makes too much sense and is too harmonious. Sad.
The most annoying thing to me is the disrespect and lack of historical knowledge of this era of fans. The amount of videos on RUclips of these fans being shocked how good Bird was is pathetic.
41:30 this right here is the most infuriating narrative in nba history. Buffoons saying “oh leflop is 4-6 in the finals” bruh that’s more impressive if anything it’s better to make the finals and lose than it is to get bounced in the first round like Jordan was in his first 6 years (didn’t want to use Jordan as an example because he’s the goat but it fits in this context so oh well)
Curry is better than LeBron. Maybe LeBron has better counting stats overall. But the difference, like current proved in Olympics, he's winner. He's the winner. He's clutch. LeBron probably never wins without wade teaching him. He choked 2011. And without wade in 12 and 13, LeBron doesn't pull off 2016. Curry is above LeBron. He's superior in skills on court. LeBron just athletic and good at dunking .
kenw2225....Let me tell you this and you can't have it both ways. So Iguadala stopped Lebron and that's why the GSW won in 2015 and Iguadala won FMVP, if Iguadala didn't stop Lebron, the Cavs would have won, so Iguadala gave Curry his first Championship. it's either that or Lebron should have won FMVP because Lebron had more points, rebounds, assists, steals and rebounds than either Iguadala or Curry and on top of that, Lebron took GSW to 6 games without 2 starters. So first Curry's championship Iguadala gave it to Curry. Second and third Curry's championship, KD defended Lebron most of the time , So KD defended the best player in the other team and after defending the best player on the other team KD had enough energy to have more rebounds and Blocks than Curry and KD won finals MVP in both championships, so KD gave Curry 2 championships, KD joined Curry's team, but what about Curry letting a better player to join his already 73 win team?
I'm glad in 2k25 they decided to split the Lebron and Curry Era like it should've been last year now when 2k25 comes out in September the Lebron Era is 2010-2014 and the Curry Era is now 2015-2019 which is way more respectable
The list was great until you disappointed me with #1. Deandres dunk definitely deserves to be in the top 5 (I remember when it happened and that dunk did take the basketball world by storm), but I can’t take any beat dunks list serious without the Vince Carter dunking over a dude in the Olympics moment. Vince leaped over a guy, clearing a whole grown man like he was a fence, or track hurdle. I have not seen a player be able to clear a grown man to complete a dunk since. Vince is the best dunker of all time
Why do people say Jordan was retired in 1995? He lost on the second round in six games to the Magic who were swept by the double clutch Rockets…🤯THAT is annoying!!
I know this is all hypotheticals… if curry an the dubs did beat Lebron an the cavs in 2016 you could def make the argument that they were the greatest team ever. However… can you really say that they’d win the next 2 chips against lebron? Cause if they do secure the 2016 title then kd probably doesn’t join them the following season and then who knows what happens after that. It’s just a thought 🤷♂️

I'm glad in 2k25 they decided to split the Lebron and Curry Era like it should've been last year now when 2k25 comes out in September the Lebron Era is 2010-2014 and the Curry Era is now 2015-2019 which is way more respectable
Arron Gordon was robbed but you forgot about his poster on shamet for Christmas Day two years ago
🍄
ty
Derrick Jones Jr is the best dunk contest
If we can go outside the NBA then Vince Carter over Frederick Weiss in the olympics
I think 2023 should’ve been in there just because of Mac mclung
🏀
The list was great until you disappointed me with #1. Deandres dunk definitely deserves to be in the top 5 (I remember when it happened and that dunk did take the basketball world by storm), but I can’t take any beat dunks list serious without the Vince Carter dunking over a dude in the Olympics moment. Vince leaped over a guy, clearing a whole grown man like he was a fence, or track hurdle. I have not seen a player be able to clear a grown man to complete a dunk since. Vince is the best dunker of all time
12:37 "Man sit yo ass down 👇"
Hey look this is before my shadowban all my comments are getting nuked. Screw yt sometimes man.
🎉🎉😊😊
Blake should be in top 5
1987 was only Magic's 4th title
Lebron Narrative of 4/10
Shows that East is weak and West is a way stronger conference
No Greek Freak?!
Why do people say Jordan was retired in 1995? He lost on the second round in six games to the Magic who were swept by the double clutch Rockets…🤯THAT is annoying!!
Josh Smith?
I know this is all hypotheticals… if curry an the dubs did beat Lebron an the cavs in 2016 you could def make the argument that they were the greatest team ever. However… can you really say that they’d win the next 2 chips against lebron? Cause if they do secure the 2016 title then kd probably doesn’t join them the following season and then who knows what happens after that. It’s just a thought 🤷♂️
Nah. Kd runs to the best team he cam every time.
Pippen over Ewing should be higher
🎉❤
That Lebron on Terry dunk was overrated af..Bron 6’8 and Terry like 6’2 or something, he was supposed to dunk on a little guy 😂
