Did you replace the door cards @ some point or were they already with the car when you bought it?

Thank you for making these types of videos. I bought a 1991 ex sedan 5 spd recently snd fixing it up aswell. Iove the idea with making your own gaskets fro the taillights.
Is that loctite roofing polyurethane sealant the same as using automotive grade seam sealer?
I have to repair the seam seal on my sedan, theres a spot of rust where the the water drips down from the back windshield, and runs down towards the taillights. The seal is compromised and water is getting in the trunk in that spot so i have to replace that seam.

Its very similiar from what I've read. If I was going a full body panel replacement, I'd go with seam sealer, but for these small areas polyurethane sealant is fine.

@@randomrebuilds thank you. I'm going to buy this product and use it then. Have you watched repair geeks video on rust sealers? He just released it and had some good ideas and products on what to use for painting and preventing rust. I'll probably use this polyurethane sealer and then use the master coat AG111 product he talks about in the video. The performance was compelling.
