FTC Mission_20241006_M6 "The Other Guys" - Stalingrad 1942

Well, this was my 1st time leading a mission and it did not end well for me? I died prior to the attack run so there is no footage of bombs going off or the flight home. When I die the camera stops rolling in ~20 seconds. I'm not sure that I will allowed a 2nd opportunity to lead? I hope that you enjoy the show. Idol

Great video Idol. It was all going well until those pesky P40s turned up. The escort got stuck into them by the look of it.

P-40 with tac-code 27 here. *wave*. Your escort intercepted my group from our low 10, right as me and my wingman was coming head-on onto the bombers. Unfortunately for you, I didn't even notice them, until my group called out, so I wasn't deterred. My wingman and I managed to pass right by them and onto your 1 o'clock as the rest of our group was forced to abort. Your escort did then indeed kill my wingman, who was unable to bail out due to injuries. I myself was able to dive away, only to be shot and forced to bail a few minutes later.
