  • Practicing with the Mossie. It's a fun aircraft to fly. Definitely not easy, especially during taxi and takeoff. The right engine got hit, and the RPMs on that went all out of whack. During final approach, the RPMs on both engines were not synced up to each other, making it a bit interesting to land. I had to crab in in sort of like a crosswind landing. 🛬

    My favorite aircraft to fly in DCS. You really have to "fly" it.

      @@ExploringSitkaAlaskausin-wj4wu Of all the warbirds in DCS, it took me the longest to figure it out. Keeping it straight on the ground is the hardest thing.

      @@bukhariali71 You can use the back radio like a TACAN. In the Mission Editor, set up TACAN's radios all over a map using vehicles/radios. Different frequency for each vehicle. Navigate to anywhere. Set up your right/left arrow keys to tune in the frequencies. Then follow your direction finder. Works on any Map.
