these are some of the best written riffs of the modern era, 100 percent. there is so much potential for character in his voice, the music is always staying groovy, consistent and keeping busy, such simplicity yet exploration. these guys know how to take advantage of every direction the music goes in. absolutely incredible. Also for my personal preference I love that the singer makes use of the major 3rd in the vocal melody in exactly the right places. The guitar riffs are so forward and present and that is exactly what modern hard rock/metal needs to be stirring towards, there is just a fantastic array of ambiance compared to heaviness which creates amazing atmosphere. Anyway ill shut up now, but keep playing Dorje!!!!!
So nice to hear that there are still talented rock musicians creating new music in the World today. These guys have the heavy down and Rob's vocals have been getting better and better, which is demonstrated clearly here.
What I love about Dorje's sound is the refreshing feeling it brings to the musical palette. A lot of bands just start blending together. But this is refreshing.

I have commented on the first video of Aeromancy. I think I have said something like Rob's voice have been beaten by guitars in the mix. Now I have been listening to this pure hard rock musical beast. One of the best and mid rangy gained guitar sounds is here. And Rob has beaten them all in this mix with his voice without any tricks! Well Done to all!
Seriously like, now that i have listened to the whole thing. Guitar playing, bass and drums are awesome as always (I am in love with Toska aswell), but i need to give special props to Robs vocals! Buying this to go along with my 2 y/o digital copy of Catalyst when I get some money through the door!!! Most all the songs are that amazing pre-established raucous prog metal tone that you can just vegetate to, so bouncy and powerful, vocally and rhythmically. However Zero is definitely the black sheep of the album, despite that it's such a beautiful, powerful song... even made me a bit emotional at the chorus, this song is the pinnacle of Rob's amazing lyrical and vocal development the difference from early Dorje/The Rob Chapman Band is absolutely astounding. Such an inspiring dual-EP guys, keep the powerhouse going, so excited for what's next in line!!!
This album is completely astounding. So intense. Each and every song is so different from the other and so original with so much details...The level of musicianship here is very patent, it’s made clear they are REAL musicians which have great knowledge not only in their field (rock and heavy music), but in many other genres. Never get tired of listening to it. Rob’s vocals are constantly surprising me as they evolve and evolve...and in this album I honestly find they can’t get any better! Such a pleasure to listen to. His tone is so unique that it contributes with Rabea’s, Dave’s and Ben’s original licks and playing to create a very very charasteristic atmosphere and environment which I love being surrounded by. I’m probably uploading another vocal cover of one of your songs if I reach that skill of singing in this album hahaha Congratulations, Dorje. I’m so proud of being a fan of yours.

This part of the 'album' didn't really click with me until I saw you live in Berlin. I was at the soundcheck, and even there Centred and One just blew me away. When you really played it in the show later then, the entire album just sort of fell into place in my head, if that makes sense. Great second half of the 'album'. Still mad you didn't play White Dove though ;^)
Awesome album! Very reminiscent of Toska, but that's no surprise. The vocals were somewhat unique. In places they reminded me of Chris Cornell during the aggressive parts, and at other times they reminded me of the guy from the German band Brainstorm. Great riffs, and I like the emotional sweeps all throughout. Again, awesome album! :)

This is the one where it all comes together. - This mix is balanced, clear and powerful - Rob you've really found your voice here. You already had a good voice but you so sounded more self-conscious on other releases. The use of reserved amounts of screaming really brings life and variety. Reminds me of Audioslave era Cornell screams. - Nice use of shifted around song structures - Obviously the instrumentals are fantastic and always have been but all of you guys are virtuosos Look forward to the album guys. Maybe one day if we get our shit together we may get to play with you on stage.
