The Abarth 595 is a hot hatchback based on the dinky Fiat 500. Using that car’s basic shape, Abarth has added a muscular bodykit, sporty alloy wheels and a turbocharged 1.4-litre petrol engine with an extra dose of power that increases as you move up the range.

I absolutely agree with you about the gear stick. It was the very first thing I noticed when you showed a view of the interior... It sticks out like a sore thumb and - like you said - it doesn’t match the rest of the interior. You seem to be reviewing a very interesting range of cars and have a refreshingly honest and unpretentious style of presentation that’s both informative and fun at the same time, so you’ve earned another subscriber and I wish you all the best with growing your channel.
My daughter started her own RUclips channel about a year ago and very early on, I gave her the following advice: “Don’t try to be “a RUclipsr” or you’ll just end up sounding like everyone else on RUclips and using all of the same, cheesy RUclips expressions that are supposed to sound cool and hip but just sound cheesy because everyone talks like that... Just be yourself, because you are a unique person with very good looks and a very sympathetic personality... That way, all of the “likes” you get will be because of your content and who you are and not because you’re trying to be someone you’re not.” Well, I’m glad to say that she took my advice to heart and has already grown her channel to nearly 20,000 subscribers, nearly all of whom regularly comment positively, not just on her channel content, but on how much they like her honesty and sincerity. Even the ones who often comment on her obvious good looks, manage to keep their comments as decent compliments, without straying into inappropriately “pervy” territory, because they sense that she wouldn’t appreciate that sort of thing and they realise that her regular fan base probably wouldn’t stand for it either. I hope that you’ll follow that advice too and that you’ll get taken seriously as a refreshingly frank and engaging presenter who offers bite sized reviews of interesting cars - who also happens to be very attractive - and that you won’t get hounded by sexist trolls who won’t take you seriously because of it. Be yourself, exercise some editorial control of your channel by deleting any obviously trolling or inappropriately disrespectful comments, and I’m sure that you’ll do well and your channel will grow quickly, in proportion to the frequency of your new content and the desirability of the cars that you review. No not an Abarth for me. I brought a classic Lupo GTi 😁😁
The reason for 5 gears is because there isn’t enough room for a 6 gear box.

JP_Duque _ I just wanted to understand why the UP GTI and the Abarth are relatively similar sized cars. In fact the Up is smaller but there is space for 6 gears. I did read and understand. Hence posing the question back.

Car certainly suits you. I bought an Up! GTI which I can't really fault. I think the 595 Competizione (compo-tits-ee-oh-knee) is actually better specced but find the seating position really difficult to make comfortable. Plus a lack of space and gulp... The lack of a VW badge.
LivingThroughTV DOSENT IT!! 😜😂 the only thing stopping me is how many years I spent slagging off Fiat 500’s 😂 I really did love my Up GTI, a lot less of them on the roads and like I mention on here, the 6th gear oh the Up is a huge bonus! Both very good cars in my opinion.
