@@Hargun_cheema sorry to hear about you it all depends on pain is due to what problem back has.Mine was due to repeated slip disc due to weak muscles.so right excercises and phtsio improved and almost cured but it took 15 years before I had right excercises and surely went to mamy different physio.Finally qi spine physio which is is in all major cities and some tips from sukoon physio helpedto cure this pain.so first have proper diagnosis.icepack for 10mts for 4 to 5 times was helpful in reducing severe pain.

Dr Varun. I am in big pain after epidural injections and a useless doctor playing games. I have seen a lot of Dr s and therapists in the US. I found you online in desperation and pain. I can pay all ur consultations for help with my american doctor caused problem. Can you please tell me a way to talk with you for help. I was fit and exercising before I saw the Dr. Now I am almost crippled in pain. Can u please suggest a way to talk as I believe if I came to India my pain would be taken care off. Your videos have helped me so much. I just had slipped disk yesterday and started doing these exercises, and the disk bulge seems improving. Tell me, is MRI necessary if I am seeing improvements?

Sir continuosly chair par 15 min baithh kar uthhne se waist me spasm aa jaata hai aur phir 40-50 step chalne se normal hota hai
But pain sirf low back and pelvic floor tak hi rahta hai neeche thigh calf and foot me radiate nahi hota.... Physiothery se instant relief milta hai but 2-3 hrs me during exertional work increase ho jaata hai...
Stenosis. Narrowing of spinal canal. Foramina canal stenosis. Narrowing of foramina canal.
Symptoms.
1. Area of pain. F only in back, condition is better.
2. Duration. For how many days. Recovery, but even then pain.
Posture. No pain in sitting, but issue in standing, sitting.
Foramina stenosis. Bending on pain side, but pain ends when bent on other side.
SLR test.

Sir mera l4-l5 disc diameter 3mm hai .. but as such extreme pain nhi hai .. just left buttocks me sudden movement karne se pain aata hai.. but chalte time Right leg me thoda pain hota hai aur numb ho jata hai..

You either fell on your back or buttocks, you picked up something heavy or you were in an accident.
Go to doctor & take rest for 1-2 months. Always lie on your back & keep pillow under knees & ice your back.

Sir mujhe walking me bahut pain hoti hai ,from back hip to calv after every 10 minutes I have to sit .kindly guide exercise
Is surgery is necessary in acute or chronic stenosis????

Iam suffering from secondary canal stenosis due to Posterior Disc buldge and it is causing pain in hips and hamstrings.
Canal diameter for l5 S1 is 8.5mm
Iam confused should i do flexion strech ?? my disc can herniate more if i do it ?
And secondly
When i do hamstring strech , i get relief but after 15 min my leg starts paining .
