@@Hargun_cheema sorry to hear about you it all depends on pain is due to what problem back has.Mine was due to repeated slip disc due to weak muscles.so right excercises and phtsio improved and almost cured but it took 15 years before I had right excercises and surely went to mamy different physio.Finally qi spine physio which is is in all major cities and some tips from sukoon physio helpedto cure this pain.so first have proper diagnosis.icepack for 10mts for 4 to 5 times was helpful in reducing severe pain.

Good afternoon sir. Although MRI report showing canal narrowing but but pain is increased when I sit on chair. When I started to walking pain is decreased.
