This podcast popped up on my recommended videos earlier, as I'm based in Liverpool and follow a few accounts that occasionally share Darren's content. Firstly, what a great podcast! And secondly - I don't even know your name, I've never come across your content before, but I'll tell you this - you've got a natural talent as an interviewer. There are thousands of people on here who do Podcasts, who are absolutely awful. You, my friend, have got the art of giving your guest the platform to speak, and only speaking yourself when need be - down to an absolute tee! Best of luck going forward.

Great podcast! Imo..rehabilitation at its finest. The ‘system’ should be allowing this guy to visit the schools and educate the children about the streets..university students will never be able to teach it. If you’ve lived it, u can teach it ❤️
He's used too many homophobic slurs to be left into schools
Like I'd ever be naive enough to not take everything I hear with a pinch of salt;But Mr Gee, unless any references to local stuff or his convictions/offences etc are open for debate, said nothing that didn't ring true. And if only one kid backed away from the lifestyle and did well for himself, created the family tree that was mentioned etc, then it's a worthwhile quest and fk the consequences. A vacuum would be created and another more impressionable kid would be recruited but that's another story.
The theory about kids blazing weed and all the negative outcomes are so spot on, like, he summed it up perfectly.
