Why did William Moore say that the driver was David Regan? This sounds unlikely given Moore paid for the hit - why would he give up the driver? Maybe he didn't want to pay the hitman the other half and was using Gee to get rid of him - or maybe Gee is just implicating Moore as a turncoat since he still understandably harbors a grudge (as you would). But then how did Regan become a target?
He wasn't the driver, he was innocent. I think I've heard Darren say Moore was lying
