    You are quite a guy, a great dad and I enjoyed watching you with your son. All the best to your both!

    Nice to see someone who had the same idea as me. My son will start schooling and is too big for his old bike seat. I was looking for a pedal ebike since I don't want to get stuck in car traffic. Dutch and American style cargo bikes are rare and expensive, so I bought a similar bike just last week (Minal X6). Fell in love after the test ride. Pedal assist does feel awkward at first, especially if you're tall.

      @carlovillarica  Год назад

      Nice! Yup I don't use the pedal assist at all, unless there's a small hill that I want to climb faster up. The ebike has been super useful for us. It's basically what I use to commute now

    I actually want to buy this bike, this exact one. Cool to see an english youtube video about it. I have no problem with upgrading some parts, apart from that. I will ask the seller for hydraulic brakes and 2 batteries because most people recommend that.😊 ps: I will also buy the 1500W one with 2 batteries with total of 26 MaH. I think that one has more torque/faster startup.

    I have the 500w version of the 'S2' or RX clone, and alot of the parts you mentioned were just as bad as mine. So I'm planning to upgrade most of it. I just think that the bike, for the price, is purely bonestock and cheap, and up to you how much you'd upgrade it. Which is fine with me since I like building stuff anyway.

    • @carlovillarica
      @carlovillarica  Год назад +1

      I do not like building stuff hahah But so far, it's all good. Perfect for picking up the kids. Although I really may upgrade the brakes

    i think theyre requiring license now for ebikes right? idk really but maybe if your viewers would consider buying it they should check the rules about ebikes. or maybe mention it in your next vlog.

    • @carlovillarica
      @carlovillarica  Год назад +1

      I actually filmed a part where I talked about it, but decided not to include it bec they might change the rules and the video will have a portion that I would have to change.
      For now, no need to registration or license for this particular ebike

    Use a custom frame bag for extra storage. Looks comfortable if you’re smaller than 6ft,

      Yup im thinking frame bag or some sort of basket

    instead of a key you could put a hidden kill switch in the middle of the throttle button wire. And you're 100% right, if the kids are already having fun on it its totally worth it. cheers!!

    The Chinese rip offs can be decent depending who you buy from. I'm planning to buy a Chinese Grizzly. I've researched the manufacturer and they have a good reputation.

      Nice! Ya so far im happy with it. Although I will likely upgrade the brakes and maybe add signal lights

      Aren't all these E bikes designed abd made in China? American companies are just for marketing and upcharging but you're buying Chinese bikes no matter what brand .

    that's a good looking e-bike, would've been nice if it had more torque, doesn't matter if it only maxes out @ 25~30 as long as its got torque for climbs.
    how's the assisted power when pedaling? is it jarring?

    • @carlovillarica
      @carlovillarica  Год назад +1

      hmmm.. i wonder how I could figure out the torque thing. How to make it have more torque? The assisted power while pedaling, I don't know actually. It feels so uncomfortable for me that I really dont bother to pedal at all

    I have been using the coswheel T20 ebike as my daily commuter to school and it's so much fun! It's been 6 months and I plan to sell it to buy the S2 model of the bike you have. Was wondering how the range was for you? did going an average of 40kmph lessen the range?

    • @carlovillarica
      @carlovillarica  Год назад

      Nice! The range seems like it is about 40-60km. To be honest, I haven't really tested the range. Most of my rides are within a 10km radius and I charge it well before it runs out of battery.

      The kids are still on summer break, but prior, I was using it every day. So far so good. There seemed to be a weird issue with the throttle, but I have to have it checked
