    The 100kmh uncapped means it will pull the max amps that you have set or that your controller can handle more amps x volts = more watts + speed

    Hi, awesome video, thanks guys. I’m in Cornwall and it’s quite hilly down some of these backroads, with one twat of a steep hill at one particular point. Will I be able to make it do you think or is it too heavy of a bike?
    Also, fitting the throttle, is that fairly simple?
    Cheers guys!

    • @ElectricAwesome
      @ElectricAwesome  6 месяцев назад

      Hey dude, appreciate the feedback! As for the hill, this thing is a beast in terms of that power it should be fine. You may have to peddle a little and don’t expect it to go 30 up there but it’ll get you there! And yeah, throttle is a doddle to fit :)

    I’m looking at getting one just from your video.
    Have you tried to cog on it as of yet.

      Thanks Dave! Glad you enjoyed and hope you enjoy it as much as Paul has! Since the video he’s done over 1700 miles! And yeah, he has. I think for 2 average weighing people it’ll be fine, but don’t expect to fly up hills with a pillion!

      only 15.5mph here is legal. Everyone runs the risk higher than that. You are much better off in the states 😂

    Did anyone see one of those "fuel tank" storage things anywhere to buy separately?

    • @ElectricAwesome
      @ElectricAwesome  11 месяцев назад

      Hey bud, doing some research I believe you have to contact Cruz73 on their website and they will invoice separately for it. Also, welcome to the channel!

      @@ElectricAwesome Thx, bro. But I wonder if ppl've ever seen something similar maybe at some aliexpress or smth, I might not need the exect one from cruz73, I just love the idea of storage box with fuel tank style, but I found none on the internet (except fuel tank batteries).

    My ebike travels at 35 mph and costed 1100 USD, some chinese brand but it’s a hell of a steal for a moped style bike w/ hydraulics duel suspension turn signals etc.

    hello how can it be legal with a 750watt motor when the law says no motor must be more than 250watt can you explain, I dont get this part of the law ?
    its also got a throttle, thats not legal.
    id liike to get one but I dont want to get it taken by the law if get stopped.
    cheers

    • @ElectricAwesome
      @ElectricAwesome  9 месяцев назад +1

      Hey bud. I’ll try to explain a little better…
      When you buy this bike, it comes speed restricted to 15.5mph, which makes it legal. However, if you take that restriction off, which you are free to do so, it then becomes off-road only under UK law as it will breach the 15.5mph limit.
      Also, a throttle comes in the package but it is not connected to the bike. You can choose not to put it on and keep the bike road legal.
      My advice to you would be, if you are concerned about it getting taken from you by police, don’t bother with the 750w version and just get the 250w. It’ll give you peace of mind and also be a bit cheaper aswell to purchase.

      yeah i just found you, I have an Engwe M20 I love it, but im actually thinking of getting another one, a different brand, im looking at the Cruz 73 because im 6,1 I could do with something just a bit bigger, love these bikes, I live in a busy city, the laws need to change imo, so we could ride up to about 35mph legally and keep with the flow of traffic it just feels much safer, thanks for the content @@ElectricAwesome

      @@cruelycruel1032 100% agree pal. I feel 15mph is far too slow if you are doing a lot of road cycling. What I will say is, you won’t be disappointed if you do go for the cruz73!

    2000pounds is crazy expensive for this no offense, for 2700 pounds ill build you a 75mph ebike with 100km range

    • @ElectricAwesome
      @ElectricAwesome  11 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah I think most people realise that you could selfbuild for cheaper, faster etc. But its having the knowhow. Sort of like with custom computers, some people dont have the patience or the want to build themselves. I'm usually in that bracket!
      Also, welcome to the channel Mo.
