Don't think I've ever looked twice at one as it drove past.Also the wraps around the front headlights are fucking gash! Who'd do that??
Glad I'm in America then. I have an ST and have rarely ever seen them around. The Focus ST is much more common here but even that's pretty rare because so many people here are obsessed with their shitty crossovers and pickup trucks.

The reason they're over populated is the same reason anyone buys a Ford, it's because they're cheap. Cheap because they're poor. Don't believe that mpg either. Wifes on her 4th 2018 Fiesta 1.0ltr company car. Most on a long journey is 45, average long term 41. Older models, the figs were massively unreliable, you could easily minus 5mpg and when you tune them you can throw any sort of mpg out the window.

@@TheRealD4 Fords as a rule are cheap. The perception that they are better than cars worth twice the money is a matter of perception. For instance take the mk3 RS. That's about £38kish. You can spec a Golf R to 55k! However I'd sooner pay the extra for the Golf. They're better built, engines don't fail, there's the DSG, then there's the tech which just works. On the handling equation, Fords are more fun in feeling, and VW's err on competent. Yes they're not as fun, but you can keep pushing them and they'll just get round that corner.
While I'm not disagreeing that it makes the car look a whole load better, I'd never run with a number plate in the windscreen like that, old Bill already takes enough interest in modded cars without giving them a very easy reason to pull you over and start looking for other things to fine you for.
I skipped her video, kept seeing it pop up but there's no interest, yeah being a girl will definitely help her get views and subs and such but I like to see the car, it's bright yellow and has all the same stuff as everyone else's, except it's yellow. What I do want to see is a clean build of like a mk4 or 5 fiesta. Maybe one day I'll do it, maybe even put a 1.0 ecoboost in it if I feel a hole burning in my pocket.

Rivington, good choice. Go up there after 8pm, empty roads, great for slamming the car round the tight bends and being national limit roads you can get some stupid speeds going.

Good review, but I don't get why everyone is bothered about it being a common car - it's everywhere because it's the best small hot hatch you can buy. I got mine in 2014 when they weren't quite so common, and there's still nothing that would tempt me away from it.
Sold my 2.0TSI Scirocco for this car about a month ago, its a real drivers car, now its been peron tuned its a different animal. The customization on these cars is incredible and is a blast to own. I guess theres a reason why there so popular.
Oh because it's a Fiesta and not a Volkswagen or Audi? Laugh all you want these cars have some of the best handling on the market and would thrash most hot hatches that have more power and are more expensive. Don't get jealous because you drive an Insignia

I know what you mean about the 2l non turbo being slow! I have 2 cars. 1.6 petrol astra and a 2.0 diesel golf non turbo. The golf is so slow compared to the Astra. It’s literally 70 something horsepower, such a sluggish car. Love my astra going around though, it’s got kick to it even though it’s non turbo
i do like the car its really nice. lee you forgot to mention its lowered 50mm all round, she mentions it in her first video of the car. and it has a cobra venom exhaust system. i do like the ST i think they look wicked. and the standard sound systems are good also.
Torque always drops when peak power is reached, So take it to redline! doubt its 240 without a intercooler, and might get hated but not a fan of the yellow
I have a 200bhp gtc and can only hit 35mpg around the country side, if I drive like I have the dogs in thd boot. I like to drive the A548, and can empty the majority of a full tank in the 20 min run.

Nice video but have to disagree about radio setup slightly. My car even its older model has same control panel. Yes glossy finish can be a problem in sunny days and it looks little old... but one can handle common features from steering wheel controls or with voice commands. Understand that its not so obvious is you are new to the car. Cant help to close with a little pun. :) When you have steering wheel on WRONG side it may be hard to use that with left hand! :p
