For a younger teenager, below 14 I would say, the first box you opened from Target would be a good stocking stuffer or fun little calendar. My daughter turns 15 this week and I think she probably has most of those products or they started out as her like first little product in that category and she's moved on, but a little bit younger or somebody brand new to anything beauty it's pretty good
The liquid IV drinks are amazing❣️ I always need electrolytes because of a medical condition so those are a lifesaver for me. They’re actually pretty tasty, especially the strawberry one 😊 I have self tan drops from a different brand and a sample I got of that size lasted a few months for my face. I would add a few drops to my moisturizer and it would give me a healthy look.
I’m late very late to this video but agree. When my dad had Covid and got out of the hospital for then 2nd time he had kidney issues and I had to keep him hydrated but you can only drink so much water and with a catheter the bag gets heavy. I bought him hydration powders. He’s off them now but because I found them I use them for me in the summer. I live in FL and work remote but my “office” is my screened porch with my lap being my desk. We had many days that were very hot this summer and I use them to help me not get dehydrated even though I drink 3 liters of water every day.
As a new follower, I love advent calendars. Also that IV hydrating drink is actually pretty good. Loving your content thus far. ❤❤❤ Hugs from here in 🇨🇦.

I feel like target was a bit afraid of putting makeup in the first one. It’s so hard to find a universal one, so nowadays brands avoid putting things like concealers, foundations and all the complexion stuff as well as nude palettes and lipsticks, which is a good thing. Because such products definitely can’t be inclusive and cover all the diversity in skin tones and types. I stand by Liquid IV it’s AMAZING for those night where you wanna get sh*t faced 😂. Drink one of those before you pass out and you will not wake up with a hangover.
YASSSS! I’ll be stumbling around the kitchen like “Babe…BAAAAAAABE….make me liquid Iv please!” I rarely drink anymore bc after about 35 those hangovers got ROUGH 😂. But when I do…liquid lv saves my life
My best friend swears by that relaxation patch from the good patch. I was actually thinking about getting it for my husband to see if it helps him fall asleep because she said it works so well for her.
I agree on the powders and gummies. For a product like that, I don’t want just a taste test to see if it tastes okay. And if I'm being honest, I am terrible at drinking water as it is so I'm not likely to drink additives anyway. 🤷♀️ There’s not enough to judge if it has any benefits to do what it says it is supposed to do, i.e. grow healthier hair or nails. I want products that I can apply right now and see if I like the way my skin or hair feels and looks. It would take a good 30 days of powders and ingestibles to see if there is any benefit. Definitely a disappointment to find these behind the little doors!
last years target beauty one was soooo much better. It still had a couple of the food ones unfortunately but it was mostly makeup and lots of full sized elf!
I have been using gummies from tula for a couple months and they really work in keeping my skin plump. I use good patch DREAM for sleep. Lolz. They work great too

Ugh that first box lost me at self-tanner sample... Especially during the middle of winter. Also, for $45 I'd rather buy one or two good products instead of that calendar.
hi there :) just recently found your channel and wanted to let you know i love itt!!!! even though we both have very different makeup interests/styles ( i usually wear heavier gothic makeup) i loveee your videos , they are so fun and entertaining! i am officially hooked. i love your advent calendar series and have been binge watching them all this week! keep it up!!
The Liquid IV is legit although a single packet is like a dollar or dollar fifty so not a value add to the calendar. It's basically equivalent to like an electrolyte drink but since it's powder packets they are easy to keep in your bag. I do one per whole bottle of water and it really is refreshing and scratches the Fun Little Drink itch to boot. Don't do the energy ones with the green tea tho, those taste vile and they use actual matcha so its... lumpy.
I have sensitive skin and love megababe! I have their Rosie Pits deodorant in my purse. Be warned it is NOT an antiperspirant just a deodorant. I use it as a touch-up throughout the day. I also have an anti-chaffing stick from them that did pretty well for me at Disney World
I don't love the vitamin/drink mix-ins, BUT collagen is an ingredient that absorbs TONS better via diet than by putting it on our skin. Like it's kind of dubious putting collagen peptides on our skin helps at all, but we can definitely eat it.
I'm actually more impressed by the stuff in these. I think the more expensive boxes your paying for luxury boxes. These were just decent products, even if a bunch of samples. But for an affordable price. Like I actual believe your getting the value.
Loved this video and this whole series has been 🔥 tbh! So cosy and festive. I had a look at the remaining advent calendar's out there because I know it's hard for you to choose when you don't want to spoil the contents for the video. There's actually a fair amount of crossover between calendars at the luxury price point (that augustinus bader rich cream 15ml sample is in everything I swear!) so I've chosen out the couple that really distinguish themselves with their contents. Hands down the best remaining one in my opionion is the Vogue advent calendar. It's pricy at £350, but it has two main benefits - every single full size item of skincare in it is excellent and from a brand I would happily pay full price for (minus the Sturm item because I think that brand is ridiculously overpriced), and they've really pushed the boat out on variety for what you can get in a beauty advent calendar. I feel like it's the most creative contents I've seen, which is all I'll say to avoid spoilers! It also comes with 'a mystery vogue collectible' (no idea what that is), and some of the proceeds are being donated to charity. Next on the docket is Fortnum and Mason beauty advent calendar at £260. This one I wouldn't buy myself and I haven't heard of most of the brands (but i don't really shop at these kinds of places) but it is noticeably different from other beauty calendars because it skews a lot more into 'wellness' than skincare/makeup, not in the sense of awful supplement businesses but in the sense of bath stuff, body and hand, candles etc. It really is a lot of bath and shower stuff. If you want something more in line with the cult beauty/liberty type advent calendar, i would recommend the John Lewis beauty advent calendar for £195. It has different products to the calendars you've opened already, but a very similar vibe. I think the only noteable repeat is the Sunday Riley Good Genes 15ml (but again this is the UK/european version which is a completely different product to the cult classic american Good Genes, which is lactic acid based and not glycolic acid based (they had to stop selling the lactic acid version in the UK a few years ago because of regulatory issues around the amount of lactic acid in the product, so they launched the glycolic instead which is not the same thing - and yes, unfortunately the version you got already was the sh*tty english version)). There are a couple more calendars available in this style/vibe from Harrods and Debenhams, but I think they had more crossover and less interest than the John Lewis, which fared slightly better. Those are my recs if you were tempted to continue the series! Really I would just get the vogue out of the ones I've listed if you were going to get one. But it is expensive so I don't know how worth it you'd find it/if you can afford it after how much you've already spent on the series 😂 Happy holidays!
Whoa that Cerave healing ointment is really great for lips. It is like super vaseline they make BIG tubes of it. I would love a little container like that to take on the go and just refill from the big one. From what I remember the small ones they sell aren't priced well.
Be careful with ashwagandha if you take antidepressants! I’m a nursing student and it’s something they drill us on. ashwagandha can contraindicate SSRIS and many other meds. Stay safe❤
This!!! Same with if anyone is on any type of hormone replacement therapy! After my medical issues, I always tell people if they feel like something is off, go get blood work, please!

Target will often have these gift sets/advent calendars on sale for Black Friday!
My favorite Tula product is the cult cleanser. It’s been my cleanser of choice for years now and there are often great deals on it.
You will love this sponge.......big and soft
I still love the continuous setting mist. It does feel light but mine has lasted so so long.
Love your style Lauren! This vid was entertaining ❤😂
Whoa that Cerave healing ointment is really great for lips. It is like super vaseline they make BIG tubes of it. I would love a little container like that to take on the go and just refill from the big one. From what I remember the small ones they sell aren't priced well.
liquid iv is a hangover saviorrrr
Be careful with ashwagandha if you take antidepressants! I’m a nursing student and it’s something they drill us on. ashwagandha can contraindicate SSRIS and many other meds. Stay safe❤
This!!! Same with if anyone is on any type of hormone replacement therapy! After my medical issues, I always tell people if they feel like something is off, go get blood work, please!
I love the wet n wild lip glosses the look so good. The package maybe chep but the product rocks.❤❤ .y friends swear I'm using a high end gloss. Lol
